“I started the BOD a few years ago and loved it but for some reason I stopped. Probably because I travel a lot. Now here I am with aches and pains which I’m sure are caused by inflammation due to all the sugar I consume. I’ve only been back on it a week and already feel a lot better. I notice the craving for sugar has decreased a lot, BM’s are much better. I love my green smoothie every morning and the cocobiotic sips throughout the day.”
