“These digestive enzymes in work so well together AND are the best, most affordable I have found on the market. I have tried many brands of digestive enzymes. Some work as well as BE brand, however the cost is over 4 times the amount of those found at Body Ecology”

“Since the last 2 or 3 years, my nails got thinner and weaker. They would break easily and I had to keep them so short that it was painful. My doctors could not figure out the cause. They prescribed vitamin B thinking that it was a consequence of being a vegetarian. However, I had been a vegetarian almost my whole life (more than 20 years!) and this was something new. By chance I was listening to Donna Schwenk podcast on fermented food and she mentioned the importance of minerals.She said that independently of having a good diet, she took mineral supplement due to the health of our soils (depleted of minerals). She mentioned that she takes Body Ecology and mentioned that she has nothing to do with the brand. Since she gives lot of good information for the sake of helping, I like and respect her. So I decided to try these minerals. It was incredible because in less than a month my nails were stronger. After a month, my nails were normal. And I had spent years with this problem. Now, if I do not take the minerals for 2or 3 weeks, I revert to the weak nails. It is sad because this is also telling me how bad our soils are. But I am happy I found this product!”

“Best in taste over all other brands. Helps with digestion issues. Stops bloat and gurgling. Boosts energy. Blends easily with spoon. My favorite protein powder. Only downside, it is expensive to take daily, but worth it.”

“I found Body Ecology information at the Dr office , being treated for Candida. “Regain your health” are the words that struck out at me. Went home, ordered the book, read all about my health issues in there. Ordered the Super Green drink and a box of cultures for cultured vegetables and started eating the BED way. Immediately felt better. At my six month check up the Dr. was amazed how I had improved and asked what I was doing. Dropped the drugs and stayed with Body Ecology and that was 17 years ago. Cant imagine what state my health would be in without BED”

“I have been struggling with psoriasis since 2009. I had been taking probiotics and enzymes for years and it did help but it wasn’t until I had severe inflammation one weekend that encompassed my entire forehead and my right ear. I had to search for a different answer and prayerfully God led me to Body Ecology’s website! I ordered the coco biotic and within a few days of taking it the psoriasis on my forehead and ear disappeared! I am still reading the book and have lots to learn but just this one product has changed my life!!!!”

“Love all your products but unfortunately I cannot have any kind of sweetener without my teeth hurting so I can no longer have the protein shakes or green powder. Anything I buy now is totally unsweetened. Luckily I found lulu s 100% raw cocoa bars as a treat. If you ever have unsweetened products I would purchase in a heartbeat. Even stevia bothers my teeth as well as erythiol.”

“I don't really have a 'story' to tell except that my "system" gets off track more often than it used to ... and I find that staying on a regular program of using the Body Ecology products, especially the Probiotic Protein Shake and the InnergyBiotic and CocoBiotic fermented beverages, helps a great deal! I recently am trying the Ancient Earth Minerals and the EcoPhage which also seem to be having a positive effect on my gut health. I have used the Kefir Starter for years and am a huge fan -- if there is one change you can make to improve your gut health, do try Kefir; you will glad that you did!!”
