“My Nutritionist recommended that I try Body Ecology products and introduce fermented foods into my life per the BE protocol for my GERD. I was a skeptic to say the least... 4 months later I am a believer!! “I first heard of Body Ecology several years ago from someone working at a wheatgrass bar. My energy was low and I was searching for better health. I began drinking the protein shake after reading the online reviews. I loved how I felt so I began slowly adding other products after reading reviews. Soon I’ll be 62. I feel wonderful! I don’t take any prescription medications. I meditate daily. Over the years I’ve read the body ecology articles, book, cookbook and with the principle of uniqueness, do what makes me feel great. I appreciate Donna Gates and Body Ecology for their wisdom and great products.”

“Over the years, I’ve researched many types of green powders. Unfortunately, most of them have high glycemic ingredients such as beet powder, a high caffeine from green tea, or some other ingredient I don’t use in my diet. Body Ecology’s Vitality Greens, on the other hand, are made from a variety of greens that both nourish and gently detoxify. Being fermented adds a unique benefit, too, that most green powders lack—they are truly alive with healing probiotics for the gut. I use Vitality Greens with two ounces of Innergy Biotic, water, and a dropperful of Ancient Minerals. It always gives me a pick-me-up that’s renewing and refreshing. It’s also delicious! I only wish My budget enabled me to use Vitality Greens several times a day.”

“I am forever great full to Body Ecology and Donna Gates for creating such unbelievable products! I had Lyme disease and couldn't eat any food without severely reacting to it. I also, reacted severely to electronics and had many other outdoor allergies. I took the probiotic protein shake for about a month and the reactions slowly went away. About 2 months later I had no more reactions! I got my stomach and my life back! That was about 2 years ago. I take it twice a day morning and evening. A healthy stomach is the key and the first step to helping the body recover from a severe illness. I've tried so many other remedies before the probiotic protein shake and nothing else worked.I was even eating an organic strict diet that wasn't enough. I have to have the probiotic protein shake to seal my stomach lining. I also, take Livamend 4 with breakfast and 4 with dinner. It really helps support the liver and gallbladder to remove toxins especially with Lyme. I've also, taken the probiotics and the Ecophage. I want to try other products in the near future because Body Ecology has products that truly work!”
