“My favorite drink!”

“I had surgery October 2019 and have had diarrhea almost daily since surgery. The Assist SI and Assist Dairy and Protein is helping decrease the diarrhea. Also, I am making Kefer and purée frozen fruit and stevia which I add after the fermentation process. Tastes awesome and my husband loves it too.”

“I've been using this product now for several years and find it makes a perfect breakfast smoothie, mixed with blueberries, banana and flaxseed oil. I much prefer it to any other protein powder I've tried.”

“Not sure my review went through before. I’ve been using Cocobiotic for many years now and it really makes a difference to my gut health. I put my daily dose in a little juice and have recently started adding the liquid minerals as well. At times when my budget is a little tight, I have tried to skip it, but I always get into trouble and go back to my tried and true! Thanks for such excellent products.”

“I absolutely love the Body Ecology Kefir Starter. It comes conveniently in packets and I can keep them in the freezer. I have tried others and they just don't compare. The curds save easily. I have even frozen the curds and made kefir with them and it still worked! That is amazing to me.”
