“Great product , noticeable difference in solid formed Bowl movements since I have been using it . I know that’s weird to announce but truly that’s the first thing I noticed after about a week . I make a spectacular morning smoothie with the vanilla protein powder and greens mix and it gets me through until noon or just beyond . I do add to it, it’s just not the powders but I have several recipes that are tasty and substantial. Also I can pack up a bit for later in a mason jar for a hunger craving , I just Put that mason jar on a ice pack in my lunch box.”

“I use ancient earth minerals', twice a day, once in the am with viltaity super greens, water, and a pinch of Celtic sea salt, and than again in the afternoon with water, and salt.
