“Coco biotics and seltzer or sparkling water is the best most healthy cocktail ever! Because it is fermented it has a similar pizazz like an alcoholic beverage but without the alcohol and all the good belly loving stuff!!”

“If you want to be regular add a scoop of this to mostly water and a tad bit of oat or nut milk and some ice, shake and drink everyday. Simply the best probiotic protein shake out there. Thanks Donna for making such great products.”

“I first came across The Body Ecology book about 15 years ago. Little by little I started to incorporate her practices. I went extremely slowly but something always pulled me back to her. I knew in my body (in my gut so to speak!) she was on to something important. She was the only voice out there speaking about the gut biome. It just made sense even though science had hadn’t really caught up yet. Now they are learning more and more about how these microbes ARE our immune system, how they need to be fed and cared for, how they effect out moods, our health and even our behavior. I love the fermented pea protein powder with mushrooms. Since I started having it daily in my morning smoothie, I’ve lost the 10 lbs I could never loose, my lipid panel is amazing, and I am sailing through menopause actually looking and feeling better than maybe ever in my life! I also meditate and do HIIT interval training but only for 15-20 minutes, 3x/week. I also really like the spirulina powder for extra nutrients and energy. One time I failed to receive an order and Donald, in customer service just sent me another order free of charge. I really appreciated that and it made me feel like I am a valued customer. I’ve watched many of Donna’s videos and free workshops and continue to learn more from her. Some of my favorites are her videos on making your own cultured veggies. Now I eat them every day. My body is happy and grateful, and so am I. Much love and best of luck to everyone reading this. You can recover your health step by step with cultured foods, trial and error, and a loving, cooperative attitude towards our amazing bodies and the microbes which support them.”

“This product is the best. I have tried others, But this taste good on its own. I make it for my Husband (who is picky and eats healthy only if I prepare it!) I add flavoring. His favorite is Almond or Peanut Butter with some Vanilla and liquid Stevia. I think I heard a YUM at least once. I also feel better and more energy when I use the Vitality Supergreen body ecology Brand.”
