“I went to the doctor with a black coating on my tongue and soft stools for the last 2 months. Obviously, something was wrong in between. He told me not to worry, that nothing serious was wrong, and it would go away on its own. I researched further and discovered I had Candida. I paid around $50 for a 'Candida Diet' on the Internet. It took 10 weeks on the diet, but the Candida came back. Then I found Body Ecology Diet and started that. I had planned to be on the diet for 4 months but, due to travel, I only completed 2-1/2 months on Body Ecology Diet. But my Candida has been gone! and I have more energy than ever. I never get depression anymore. All my little aches and pains are gone. Now that I'm back home and continuing back on the diet (because I feel so good when I'm on it), I'm experimenting with Phase 2. I experiment with add-in foods such as tomatoes or rice - one at a time - and some foods give me no symptoms, but others bother me. Now I know for sure how to keep myself healthy and happy!”

“I recently tried the body ecology protein shakes. I only ordered one because I was afraid they might not taste very good. I was wrong. They were not bad. I mix them with two scoops of the body ecology greens every morning. I am now ordering two more bags.”

“I have NAFLD from the 90’s when I didn’t know anything about the damage of HFCS etc so I’m ever trying to Heal my liver. So I’m enjoying your Livamend.. I can’t eat spinach so I can’t eat your protein powder. I just had the Viome test and I’m on FODMAPS diet. Your products are too expensive for most folks.”

“Most ppl cannot afford your prices. But your products are so good. I recently had the Viome test. After all the fermented foods and probiotics I have taken, none of them made it all way to my stools. Now, my abnormal bacteria are fermented carbs and causing problems in my gut so I am on the FODMAPS diet for three mos.”

“My husband has been dealing with Oxalate issues for some time. Although he eats low oxalates there are times we just can’t figure out what’s caused his pain. I’m so glad I found her veggie culture and fermenting videos I think adding these to my husbands diet might really help!”
