“ Terrible customer service. Bought some joggers at Shrewsbury branch that went bobbly after 2 days wear so complained to customer services who said after 1 week that I had to go back to the store. I explained it was not local to me so after another weeks wait I was asked if I could get a friend to do it for me! Seriously! This is customer service??? Avoid this store, especially if not local to you. ”
