“ Terrible customer service. Bought some joggers at Shrewsbury branch that went bobbly after 2 days wear so complained to customer services who said after 1 week that I had to go back to the store. I explained it was not local to me so after another weeks wait I was asked if I could get a friend to do it for me! Seriously! This is customer service??? Avoid this store, especially if not local to you. ”

“ Absolutely disgusted, you had Evri pick up a parcel from our address, returned goods to the value of £120, which was tracked to their depot, but somehow, never reached there our was stolen, and you don't want to reimburse us,disgusting, pensioners in our late 70s, struggling, and that's the service we get. ”
