“ Customer service poor, no comunication, order said packed but wasn't dispatched until I rang to complain, took 10 days to arrive, I returned 5 items all in same package, 1 item was refunded within 4 days other items I had to ring 8 days later and ask for the rest of refund ... really poor service doesn't encourage you to place an order ”

“ would have given this supplier a minus but it wouldn't allow me! This firm is incompetent. I ordered 2 items. One item was delivered and was dreadful and gave it back and got a refund. The 2nd item by Izabel London has not been delivered and they couldn't even find my order. The tracking number is invalid.If I had known it was Evri who was making this delivery I wouldn't have ordered from them. I have experienced such dreadful service from them and the same with Bon Marche who use this delivery firm ”
