All I can say is everything written below about their deliveries is totally correct, will never use this mickey mouse company again, I think my calendar for 2020 will be out of date before it ever materialises

Awful company who promise the earth and do not deliver! Dont even waste your time as you cannot even contact them as they wont answer emails or phonecalls

I'm absolutely irate!!!! Where is my order??!! You said the books would be completed in 7 days. They weren't. You said the order would arrive a week ago and it didn't. You re-ordered the books for me and told me I'd receive a confirmation email. I haven't received one. You told me your production team would be in touch. They weren't. I still haven't received my books!!! You guys are full of lies just to simply try and pacify me! As a photographer I work with printing companies all the time and you are by far the worst company I've dealt with. Because of your lies about production and delivery times, I may have lost my client. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Was getting concerned that my photobook wouldn’t arrive before I went on holiday so requested that my delivery address was updated to the holiday cottage I’m staying in and was told that even though that they normally offer a change of delivery option they wouldn’t do it for me because it takes too much time. You can’t be serious bonusprint? So you’re telling me that in the time that “Raiza” sat on chat with me giving every excuse under the sun (For 28 MINUTES 9:15am 18th December) my address couldn’t have been updated manually!? Oh and just to clarify this was all before the book had gone into “print” when it says on your website that you’re allowed to make amendments if you contact customer service. I’m disgusted at the ethics of this company - let’s get as many orders in as we possibly can to maximise profits but offer zero customer support to those that have spent hard earned money buying one of our products. I am going on holiday tomorrow and since the product is still in “print” there is no way my wife is going to receive the only Christmas present she has from me this year. Thanks bonusprint, your inability to the see the bigger picture has lost you yet another returning customer and ensured that at least a little bit of the extra cheer of my Christmas Day will be taken away.

Placed order for a calendar on the 8th December, well in time of their 14th December deadline for delivery in time for Christmas. Checked order today and still hasn't entered the "in production" stage, which means there is very little hope that it will arrive in time for Christmas despite their promise. No response from customer services. I have been using Bonusprint for years without any issue, however unfortunately this will now be the last.

Ordered on 9th December and order not even in production - online chat a waste of time, was held in the queue for over an hour before it crashed. Don't answer the telephone and no response on social media. Waste of time and money I will be processing a chargeback with my credit card.

Failed to send my order out by today's deadline. I ordered 2 weeks ago. Now I won't get them in time for Xmas, before I go away. Pointless. They ignore your messages. Will NEVER use them again.

Ordered my calendars on 29 th November...still not arrived ..no response to my email and lady on phone no help at all .24 th December is too late for me to send these off as gifts Very poor service and should be compensation So disappointing

Ordered calendars on the 11th and still not even processing it. Spent 5 hours trying to find out what is happening with their "chatbot' and it crashed everytime. Will avoid in the future.

OMG!Just read all these bad reviews and thought I'd better check the status of my own order for a calendar which I placed on 2nd December. Yes, you've guessed it - Not even gone to production yet!!!! I got a bit worried when I received a rather patronising email on 14th December telling me it had been delayed but not to worry as delivery would be before 24th December. BonusPrint - Why are you assuming that it's a present for someone who I will be seeing on Christmas Day? That is not correct and more to the point IT'S NOT OKAY TO LET CUSTOMERS DOWN LIKE THIS!!!! You should give everyone who has had late or delayed deliveries a full refund on their orders in an effort to mend customer relations, as it's now too late for people to go elsewhere!

Awful company. Avoid at all cost. Parcel arrived after 3 and a half weeks and has a white stripe running through the middle of every page. Customer service diabolical

HORRIBLE experience, Ordered for Christmas with guaranteed delivery for a specific date, and they were unable to fulfil this which now leaves me without presents. Avoid at all costs.

Dissapointed that I have still not recieved my order that was placed on the 2nd December, still not had an in print notification, they said due to a lot of orders placed on black friday, don't offer a deal if you do not have production capability. They said should be here by 24th December, but I can't wait in all day on 24th December and am worrying it wont arrive now.

Ordered 20 aluminium prints still not been printed. Told don’t worry they will be here for Xmas and how am I to sell them after Xmas.

poor customer service i, received an email saying it had been delayed but ‘don’t worry’ it should be delivered by Christmas!! It is not a Christmas gift!!

Avoid this company like the plague!! They have lied repeatedly about delivery/production times!! I ordered in plenty of time for my mums birthday, only to be told when I checked out it would take extra days to complete. Waited 8 more days and then spoke to customer services, they assured me it would be with me in a few days. I have just received another email saying it had been delayed again but ‘don’t worry’ it should be delivered by Christmas!! It is not a Christmas gift!! I have had to buy my mum another much less thoughtful gift for her birthday, at short notice. I ordered at the beginning of December, so don’t want others getting caught out for genuine Christmas presents, there is no chance they will deliver in time! Also photobox have provided much better customer service and really good products, so go for them. Think bonus prints are just greedy!

false promises about delivery times; useless customer service palming customers off with insulting meaningless platitudes. a company with no interest in providing even a basic level of acceptable service. will never use again and advise others against.

waited a week before i got an email saying it was delayed with no timescale on when it would be ready waited on a chat for 50 minutes told they cant do anything about it and sent me the delivery times details...it clearly states: Production starts after we receive your payment Production begins on the first working day after we receive payment for your order. 6 days later and production hasnt started cancelled my order, again they couldnt tell me when the money would go back into my bank avoid, pay a bit more and use photobox or something like that
