DO NOT USE. QUICK TO TAKE MONEY BUT GET ANNOYED WHEN YOU CALL TO ASK WHERE YOUR ORDER IS 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU ORDERED IT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do not use this company. Delivery of cards already late and not still no information on when they should arrive. We have been waiting two weeks already and now won’t have time to get our cards to friends and family and don’t even have time to order from another company.

Photo books arrive late, poor quality product, which were part of a Christmas present with baby picture. Parts of the baby's head were cut off in some photos as were some people. One photo was duplicated and somehow alternative photo from my online album were used in place of the ones I sent ????? How ???

I spent hours creating an A4 calendar - uploading photos, formatting and personalising it and saved all of this as a project. The calendar arrived promptly and as expected (so I should give them credit for this), my issue is that when I decided to reorder exactly the same product but just in a few different sizes, I couldn't without having to start all over again! How simple could it be for a company to accommodate this request, even customer services couldn't help. If I am going to be forced to start all over again, then I might as well use another supplier who can accommodate my request.

The worst printing company ever!!! Avoid them!!!! I was waiting 5 weeks for the book I never received! When I asked them how they are going to recompense that they said that they can give me 50%off discount, while they had 60% off discount on their website :DDDD

Very disappointing . Tried over and over to produce a personalised Christmas card . Once I tried putting my design in box system just said an had occurred please try again . So frustrating and annoying .

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience! I am still waiting for an item that I ordered three weeks ago for a birthday (I felt awful when I had to go to the party without a present as I waited until the last moment for the item I had ordered well in advance to be delivered). I had to contact Bonusprint twice and today I was told that it is going to be another 6 to 8 days before I receive my item. As a way of apologising, I was offered a 50% discount on a future purchase! What a joke!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a gift voucher intended for a birthday present. The order status was sent but never received a confirmation email. I thought perhaps a lovely gift card would come through the mail. Enquired about not having received the voucher 7 days later as this was beyond the stipulated delivery times. Apparently for some reason the email did not get sent to me because of some glitch in the system. Not only did my friend not receive her gift voucher on time but offered me an insincere apology an a pathetic discount code for my next purchase which I could easily get online. What a service!!! Would not recommend to anyone.

Shocking......we ordered a photo book 48 pages with writing. Took us 2 months to gather photo's and put together when it arrived it had 42 pages and no writing. Customer service is useless...…..they advised that they had sent us what we had ordered and that they could not help us other than return it for a refund and re-send the original......they advised there must have been a 'glitch'. I have still have the original order on the phone that we sent. This is the second time they have let us down. Don't use!!

I ordered some photos for my partner's birthday. They were supposed to take 4-6 days (quite a long time to get photos printed). After a week of ordering they haven't arrived yet and I have missed my partner's birthday. Their only solution was to give me 50% discount on my next order, which tbh it will not happen as how am I going to order again when they have taken more than a week to send the pictures I have ordered??Very disappointed and angry as I could not give my partner's present on time for his birthday

Avoid Bonusprint for bespoke invitation cards as they print their 'T' code on the finished product. Even though the code is displayed when previewing the finished product, it's really poor that they have to print this on every item in order for them to identify the batch. I only ordered 50 bespoke cards so why would be difficult for them to identify them?! Customer service offered a refund if I sent the invitation cards back, but this wasnt a suitable solution due to timescales.

Had a shockingly bad experience with them, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Every single aspect of trying to get my photobook done was a DISASTER - I have no words to describe how frustrated I feel right now. Their software is terribly slow (like really, really slow as hell - couldn't get anything done on my 32GB RAM laptop!!!) and it took me almost 2 weeks to design my photobook - never took me more than 3-4 days with other companies!! It took them another 2 weeks (!) to print and deliver my photobook so the whole process took ONE MONTH while it has always been a matter of days with all companies I used before. Tried to complain through their online chat and they offered me a 30% promo code as an apology - while their homepage advertises a 40% promo code (apparently their customer service thinks I am an idiot!). But here is the worst thing - I have finally received my photobook now (it was a gift and I have missed all the deadlines but let's ignore that for the moment) and and the quality of the photos is terribly bad if you look at them closely, as if all the photos I uploaded were taken with a shitty phone camera (while I had a professional one!), and there is no way I can get a PDF of my photobook to print it somewhere else, the only option for me now is to start everything from scratch and do it with another company. What a disgrace, please never, never use them, they are a scam!

Customer service really unhelpful. If you create your own books the program is really bad. I am extremely proficient yet was unable to centre a square image to fill the page ( retaining the entire image!!!!!) it kept offsetting it. Had made a hard book but wanted to make amendments and order with soft cover. Theres no way to just change the product , you had etc start from scratch. Customer service unable to help me , I figured out myself that I could cut and paste whole page layout and transfer to new project BUT when doing so on some of them one of the images just would NOT position properly as it had domene initially. Manually, by placing new image holder -it just will not reposition. The sot wear and customer service is rubbish. Great shame that Albelli sold out as they used to be good. I cannot recumbent this company for making books. No wonder they always have discounts runninG!

I’m not at all surprised that this company have bad ratings. Terrible company, avoid at all costs! The customer service team don’t seem to want to help and won’t refund faulty items. I ordered calendars that are impossible to write on! Sent them out to family and Bonus Print want personalised calendars returning before a refund. I don’t expect various members of my family to post them back to me because of Bonus Prints error!!

I placed two orders in quick succession with Bonusprint, one for my wedding thank you cards, and one for Christmas cards featuring a wedding photo. The thank you cards arrived on time but were poorly printed and folded, to be honest I could have done a better job myself and it was embarrassing to have to send them out. The Christmas cards were ordered on the 7th December, before the cut off for Christmas cards. I received an email several days later saying they would be delayed, on checking the website they were not even in production until the 20th. I eventually received them gone 3pm on the 21st which was too late to send out for arrival before Christmas. They too were poor quality with the image being off-centre. However as this was the only year I was able to use our wedding photo as a Christmas card I sent them out. When I complained to Bonusprint they eventually said they would only credit me if I returned all of the cards, despite me saying I had had to use them as is. When I pressed they offered me 30% off my next order. Seeing as I wouldn't trust this company to print ANYTHING correctly or on time I will not be giving them any more business, so that is a pointless offer. I am disgusted they can be this poor and still in business. Avoid them, there are plenty of other reasonably priced companies out there that will do a much better job, I can personally recommend Photobox for one.

Ordered a photo book from my baby to her daddy of their first Year together. I ordered in time for the cut off. I got an email to say I might not get it in time. Obviously I complained and several emails and FB messages later I was confused. ‘J’ said I would get it in time and it was being dispatched before Christmas but ‘M’ said I wouldn’t. They ask everyone to contact them direct. Do not ask me to do so, as I have done several times and all you tell me is it was delayed. You don’t explain why or what you’re going to do to rectify my embarrassment of not having a present for her daddy on Christmas Day. You off a discount off my next order. Ha ha! You think I’m going to spend more of my money with you?! I shall go to one of the others companies who are more honest. The reason I didn’t go with them before is they couldn’t guarantee Christmas delivery. At least they operated with integrity and not to take my money and leave me empty handed.

So disappointing, will never order from them again was happy to take my money and promised for my prouduct to be here before Christmas for them then to send an email saying they could only send part of my order. It is now 28 of December I ring the contact line for the lady to tell me the post office must of lost my order will never use them again.

Really disappointed with them. Just received my photo calendar which is a special gift and the thing is damaged! Been told by Bonus Print bad luck they won't get a replacement before 25th even though I could have ordered by 23.59 last night and got one by 25th. Was told there was no way to prioritise a replacement Great way to deal with problem thanks Bonus print
