I placed an order on January 9, 2023, the money was debited but the order did not register. When I went back to track my order I discovered the order was not logged. Checked my account, $216.24 was deducted. Reached out to Boohooman via Customer Service several times and have been given the run around every since. It is now February and still no refund; which was promised to be delivered to my account on January 31, 2023. I have provided all information requested and now, no communications from Boohooman. Reached out last on February 9, 2023, I do not appreciate being robbed, in good faith, I placed an order that unfortunately did not register on their website. In good faith I paid for items with the true belief Boohooman would honor their end of the deal. Unfortunately, good faith only stand on one side; the consumer. I want my money back!!! I will NEVER ORDER OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS DISHONORABLE COMPANY. Deepest Regret, Antonio Ayers

I normally don’t have any problems with Boohooman. This particular time I needed to change my shipping address, so I reached out to a representative and she stated that they couldn’t update my address or cancel the order when I literally has just placed the order before I caught the mistake. That’s real bogus and I will never order from them again!

Terrible shipping, no updates, you have to contact them and they give you the same run around every time, no real update on when your items will arrive. A month later, still no product, and they say I need to wait another 2 weeks. Save yourself time, money, and stress, buy somewhere else.

They are the only retailer I know of 25+ I dealt with over the holidays that have a ridiculously narrow return policy. Their customer service was slow. The items purchased were WAY too big for the stated size.

Buyer beware. Ordered something on January 1, they claimed it was shipped on January 7, still no product. They refused to refund money or reshipping item. Had to file a claim. Stay away stay away stay away.

Placed an order that never arrived. Tracking was stagnant at ‘label created’. BHM had the Shipping refunded. Order never dispatched and they claim it was sent back to them. Asked me to reorder and they will refund. Items are out of stock, so places another order but my refund was never received. No offer from the customer service team. Had to message them three times before one of them finally processed the refund. Avoid this joke of a company. As cheap as it is, it is not worth the energy spent just trying to get basic customer service.

It's been almost 2 months since I paid for my fast shipping order No refund no goods!!! Pointless talking to customer service all they do is extend due date (they don't it 5 times already) DON'T BUT ITS MY RECOMMENDATION

Received an order that I need to return. Have emailed the company through their website twice without response. No return label or receipt in the bag when the order arrived to provide return instructions and order number. Fed up with trying to contact them. No phone number to talk to customer service. BAD SERVICE

I ordered quite a few pieces of clothing, not reading any reviews prior. The quality is poor, sizing varies a lot (out of 5 shorts, all the same size, 2 are too big, 3 too small), some items arrived damaged and returning them seems impossible. The return page has frozen through several attempts to refresh, no contact number or email. And having to return from Australia to the UK would barely make it worth it. Wish I never ordered anything from this business.

I suggest no one shop or order anything from Boohooman! They absolutely doesn’t care about getting orders to customers. I placed an order and in a few days I could no longer track it. There’s not even a number to call.

The shirt I ordered never arrived. I have been in touch and they will give me the money back for the shirt minus the shipping cost of💲 14.99. An absolute rip off. Never use them 🤬

J'ai commandé le 23/12/22 pour une livraison en 5 jours ouvrables (qui coute 5,99€) donc je devais recevoir mon colis avant le 31/12/22. Déjà mon colis arrive le 03/01/23 et je contacte le support à plusieurs reprises entre temps, ils me disent : "votre livraison était prévue pour le 04/01 donc nous sommes dans les temps. Nous sommes humains et ne travaillons pas les jours de fêtes". Je vous laisse calculer pour voir que du 23/12 au 03/01 c'est BIEN plus que 5 jours ouvrés. Par dessus tout ça, je ne vous cache pas que, sans mauvaise foi aucune, la qualité n'est vraiment pas au rdv. J'ai commandé chez eux 4 fois : la 2e fois ils se sont trompés de T-Shirt et celui que j'avais commandé a augmenté de prix entre temps, la 4e fois c'est cette fois ci où j'ai fini par tout renvoyé. Ne vous fiez pas aux jolies photos sur le site, Boohoo je vous déconseille à 100%, SURTOUT si vous allez avoir un problème avec leur service client.

Never happened before! I bought a nice suit and boots on time even paid 18€ extra to make it deliver in the next 1-2days and it still came in late. The day I got it the package was a little damaged but things like that happen but the inside of the package was also damaged. I didn’t mind it but then saw that the boots were the wrong size and the suit was completely different from the pictures and description! this is not okay I had to find alternatives because I needed a suit and put me in a very stressful time. Really disappointing.

Really, really bad service. You need to hope whatever you order they (or you) get it right first time. Because their returns policy is 3 or 4 levels below useless. As one customer intimated, they couldn’t make it more difficult if they really worked at it. I think they are aware of this, and make it really difficult just so they don’t have to pay out refunds. What a shower. A cheap and tacky service from a cheap and tacky company. I would give it no stars if that were possible.

Shocking customer service. I received a Snakes and Bladdered game for my grandson for xmas but when he opened it, it was smashed (glass board) no ‘Fragile’ sticker on parcel anywhere. I emailed customer services and they told me to give the broken one to charity and they would refund me as it was OUT of stock. I replied to say I was shocked they would even contemplate telling me to give it to someone else as it’s dangerous and unplayable. I checked on their website and it’s actually IN STOCK so I got my grandson another for £4 (sale) instead of £15….Why did they need to lie to their customers?

Do not purchase express shipping. It will Not arrive any faster and they will not refund your money. The clothes also tear very easily!

Never received my order! Company said to allow another 48hrs for tracking order to update than after that they said allow another 10 days! My order is sitting in one spot for two weeks without any movement Wouldn't recommend this company
