Worst customer service. The only way to reach them is through Facebook Messenger, very strange. And when you contact them, you only receive automatic responses and not actually help. It tells you “ You have been transferred to an agent, who will normally respond within 1 hour, often quicker.” But then nobody contacts you.

Bewertung: Sehr enttäuscht! Ich habe bei BoohooMan für insgesamt 165 € eingekauft und war absolut enttäuscht von der Qualität der Produkte! Ich habe drei Joggingset gekauft, und nach nur einer Wäsche bei 30 Grad (wie auf den Etiketten angegeben) sind die Hosen stark verfärbt und total abgenutzt. Die Qualität ist katastrophal, und ich kann diese Artikel absolut nicht empfehlen! Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und um eine Rückerstattung gebeten, aber stattdessen wurde mir nur ein Guthaben von 10 € angeboten, das ich wieder auf der Seite ausgeben könnte. Dies ist absolut unakzeptabel! Ich habe für mangelhafte Ware bezahlt und erwarte eine vollständige Rückerstattung des Betrags – nicht ein Guthaben. Die Antwort des Kundenservices war enttäuschend und hat mein Vertrauen in die Marke vollkommen zerstört. Ich werde auf keinen Fall wieder bei BoohooMan einkaufen und rate jedem, vorsichtig zu sein, bevor er dort kauft. Fazit: Unzufrieden mit der Qualität der Produkte und der schlechten Kundenservice-Erfahrung. Es sollte keine Probleme bei der Rückerstattung geben, wenn die Ware eindeutig fehlerhaft ist!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. Returning an item was far from straightforward, and even after I paid for the return shipping myself, they deducted an additional 'return fee' from my refund. This is a policy I haven’t encountered with any other clothing retailer, and it felt unfair and misleading. I would recommend they reconsider this approach to provide a more customer-friendly experience.

Terrible customer service for an online shopping experience where you can’t try on clothes. Expensive shipping returns when their clothing sizes are marketed misleadingly. ‘Tall’ range means one whole size bigger and they would not send a label for me to return the item, insisting I pay $15 return postage for a pair of $30 shorts. Too risky to purchase online as the sizing is not standard. Instead of honouring the return postage to keep a customer they just lost one and got a bad review on their business. Not the smartest way to run a business in my opinion. Buyer beware!!!!! But from somewhere more reliable with reasonable shipping and return conditions!

I had an order send to Australia. I just checked the tracking and seen that the order had been sent back to sender. The order arrived in Australia two days ago!! They said it was out for delivery but didn’t leave a calling card etc.. (I don’t believe it was actually sent out for delivery) So the next day after one attempt, boohoo say that the maximum number of attempts were made and it’s basically my fault. Absolute fools. It’s definitely a scam.

Really bad experience hated the product did not match the colour on display quality isn’t good at all worst experience ever also most products on the website are falsely advertised when they aren’t even in stock

Disappointing Experience with BoohooMAN I recently had a very frustrating experience with BoohooMAN that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a product with the expectation of next-day delivery as part of my premium membership, but my parcel was delayed for several days. The courier only notified me that they had received it long after it was dispatched, and my order still hasn't arrived. Furthermore, when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and failed to address my concerns about compensation for the delay or the issues I faced with their app during payment. It felt like my loyalty as a premium customer didn't matter at all. Additionally, I've found that the quality of the clothing from BoohooMAN is consistently disappointing. Most items I've purchased have not held up well after just a few washes, leaving me frustrated with the overall value. Given my experience, I cannot recommend BoohooMAN. It's clear that they need to improve both their customer service and the quality of their products. I advise potential customers to think twice before making a purchase.

Horrible don’t shop here, ordered 5 items got 4 and one was the wrong item, and there was no way for me to contact to receive the 2 missing items. Horrible site!

Package was lost! When I reached out to customer service they were no help at all! Pretty much called me a liar and a thief without using those exact words! I will take my $150 loss but I will be sure to tell the world how crappy this company is!!

I bought 3 items on September 07, 2024. Order number: MUS107725100 Item 1 = Oversized Bonded Scuba Hooded Tracksuit x Small For the Item 1, I received the the jacket, NO PANTS in the package Item 2 = Oversized Bonded Scuba Hooded Tracksuit x Small The material of the item 2 is horrible, is like a plastic, stick in the body Item 3 = Boxy Hooded Tracksuit x Small The material of the item 2 is horrible, is like a plastic, stick in the body I tried contact the customer service, and never nobody is online I tried to start return and when they copy and paste the order number, it says the order does not exist Its a HORRIBLE experience with this company

Absolutely do not shop here. On the off chance your package gets lost/delayed, believe me they do not care and will make you wait 2 months+ to admit to giving you a refund. I ordered something Aug 7th and still have not received anything, and their excuses are they can't deem it as lost until it's out of the courier's hands.

I ordered my son an outfit on there on 8/1. It says it hit U.S. customs on 8/12 and has been held there ever since. When I hit up customer service I was told to wait until 9/5 and if I don't receive it by then to contact them again. What a joke these people are!! Will never order again, I don't care if my son likes anything on there, he won't wait over a month to get it!!

Extremely Disappointed - Wrong Items Sent and No Refund! I am beyond frustrated with BoohooMAN and their shocking customer service. As a social media influencer with a significant following, I often rely on online retailers for my fashion needs, and I was excited to share my latest haul with my audience. Unfortunately, BoohooMAN has made this an experience I would never want to promote. I ordered several items from their website, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new clothes. However, when the package finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that they had sent me the wrong items. None of the items I received were what I ordered—they were completely different in size, style, and color. I understand that mistakes happen, but what has truly shocked me is how BoohooMAN has handled—or failed to handle—this situation. I immediately reached out to their customer service team, explaining the issue and requesting a refund for the incorrect items. What followed has been an absolute nightmare of back-and-forth emails and chats with multiple customer service representatives, all of whom have been unhelpful and dismissive. Despite pleading my case multiple times, BoohooMAN has refused to issue a refund. They’ve asked for photos and details repeatedly, which I provided promptly, yet nothing has been resolved. It feels like they’re hoping I’ll just give up and accept the loss. As someone who influences purchasing decisions for a large audience, I’m appalled at how poorly BoohooMAN treats its customers. If this is how they handle a straightforward issue, I shudder to think how they handle more complex ones. I’ve wasted so much time and energy trying to resolve this issue, and it’s clear that BoohooMAN doesn’t care about their customers once they have your money. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and I will never be shopping with BoohooMAN again. I strongly advise others—especially my followers and fellow influencers—to think twice before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to take responsibility or provide any reasonable customer service. The customer service is very very poor. I returned 4 items and only received a refund for 1 item. Despite providing them with tracking references and post office proof they received the items. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company!!! It’s a real scam

On 7.26.24 i placed a $100 order due to have a wedding to attend on 8.3.24. The main item in the order were a pair of dress pants due to the fact they fit the occasion. I paid for express shipping to ensure on time delivery. Delivery was set for 8.1.24 but arrived 7.31.24. Opening the package 3/4 items were in the bag. This is my 10th order placed and i have never experienced this issue before. I research and it says the items could come separately so i wait until the actual scheduled delivery date. After 45mins of trying to figure out how to contact someone i get on Facebook and inbox boohooman directly. I representative responded quickly and let me know that they can run back the cctv to see if it was packaged in the order. It is now the day of the wedding and at 7:01am the email me saying they watched the cameras and the pants were sent. I am now left to go find something to wear and out of my hard earned money in the difficult economy we live in. As a company, seeing your loyal customers history with you you’d think they’d be more compromising to their customers. I didn’t want any money off or back i really would have just preferred the item i paid for when i expected to have it. If you continue to order from them please take a video of yourself opening your package so they do make you out to be delusional or a liar.

The worst company; I was misled by a banner on their website that reads "AS OF 5TH JULY 2022, WE WILL CHARGE £1.99 FOR RETURNS. RETURNS ARE FREE FOR PREMIER CUSTOMERS." so I bought premier explicitly for the free returns. Whilst trying to do my return I then was told that the message was incorrect, and that they had removed free returns from premier. When asking then for a refund for the premier I had purchased, they refused. Even though it was their own website that advertised it?! The people I dealt with during customer service were frankly extremely unhelpful. I will never buy from Boohooman again unless this is rectified.
