“I have no idea what others are talking about, I got my order much earlier than expected,it was as described, and may I say very cheap. Maybe people get motivated to write reviews only when they get bad service.”

“I don't know if they have automatically set the models to 6'1 and 6'5 for tall models. Because there size chart is horrendous for tall people. I am 6'5 and the model in the description was 6'5 and wore medium. so i got medium and it was TWO sizes smaller its all false and just programmed to be false.”

“My package supposedly shipped on March 21 and I still haven’t received it and it’s April 11. Poor service and I will never order again”

“I wrote a bad review earlier this week. But my problem has been resolved. My package was originally lost and went over a week over it’s expected delivery date. They found my package which was in the UK and I live in the USA. They had it delivered to me under A DAY! And they gave me a refund for the 3-4 day shipping I payed for.”

“Ordered goods, March 18th. Ive been promised Delivery March 30th, April 5, April 6, and Today. Now they're continuously asking me to wait another few days. The goods should've been here by now. Do not order from Boohoo, the customer service is doodoo water bad. if i could rate 0 stars i would.”

“DO NOT PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR SHIPPING. I paid for 3-4 day shipping and it has been 5 DAYS SINCE MY LAST TRACKING UPDATE FROM THE UK AND J AM IN THE USA. They refuse to give me a refund. THIS IS A SCAM!”

“After some items arrived faulty, I contacted them via their WhatsApp customer service helpline, and their attitude was disgusting. They refused to give me a refund nor for the specific items that arrived faulty, and I got attended by 9 different people, and everyone said something different. Conclusion: Disgusting attitude, not willing to help nor give a refund even if it’s their fault, and customer service confusion is very likely to happen.”

“First of all, the photos are way different from the actual product, I ordered a very bright blue hoodie with black spots, it came looking very worn out, not bright at all, and the spots just looked like it was thrown in muddy water. Also the sizes are way off. No wonder you can not leave a review on their website.”

“Ive searched through shops in all around for large men clothing in australia and only find clothing for large men that was not very nice it seemed like clothing shops thought large men didnt want fashionably clothing or there overpriced .about 12 days ago i com across boohoo man on line they where 50% off i ordered jeans tracksuit and shirts .im impressed with the quality there 4x sizes which where larger than 4x ive purchased here and the jeans are the first jeans that fit me comfortable and look great im on my 3 order of more jeans thank you boohooman i finaly dont have to go around in out of fashion big man clothes”

“Jeans are okay, but everything else is just poor quality. You wash track suits or t-shirts 2-3 times and they look a year old I’ll stick to Kmart instead”
