“Some years ago I started placing orders with you. Some months ago a bug appeared in your purchasing process, this lasted several months. Last week I saw the bug had disapeared & I placed a new order.”

“So far, so good. Occasional purchases over last 5+ years to NZ. Have had an " account" registered since day one and no problems with "wrong address" (would suspect wrong address probably "casuals"). Despatch speed patchy, split shipments irritating, "free" shipping generally cheaper (overall) than other sources that detail product and shipping costs.”

“Although their delivery times a a bit slow, they offer free delivery, so a book I was going to order on amazon, which would have been over £10 including delivery charge, I was able to purchase from the book depository for only £4.95, with free delivery.”

“I like Bookdepository.com, they are efficient, have a huge range and their prices are excellent, however, I wish that they had more promotions, and although they often advertise that there is one going on, it is always a select group of novels or the like, and never applied to comics, which are high-priced for obvious reasons. I like their packaging and I love their bookmarks, which seem to change with every order I place.”

“I ordered 2 books. They sent it seppparatelly for they arrive as early as they could. But one book got lost on its way. Their communication about that problem was very polite and after few emails they sent me that missing book again. Thanks a lot.”

“Convenient. Reasonably priced. Easy to buy from. Great delivery. Their marketing sucks - I've never ordered cookbooks, biographies or cartoons/comics so I'm unsure why I don't receive targeted marketing on the books I do like.”
