There is no tracking service, and, compared to other online stores, shipping is perhaps slower (not so much in my case, but definitely slower than what they state on the item's page), but it's free and the box set arrived in perfect condition. The cardboard box contained a lot of bubble wrap to protect the package from bump-related damage.
Be aware that packages are sent through local postal service (Royal Mail in the U.K. and then your Country's Postal Service) and not Couriers.”
