The platform isn't as good as the previous School of play platform. It's not as easy to book and see what you have booked.

Would be better if we could book for multiple children, on multiple clubs in one transaction. I have to book one club for one child, checkout, then go back to repeat for other clubs/child.

You can only make one booking at a time and it’s very hard to find the school for the activities

The fact we can't book multiple days and check out all sessions together is a huge issue. Having to enter payment details, check questions etc takes too long when they are the same for all bookings. I just love the CSE child care option so I put up with it.

Despite me only buying 2 tickets, it automatically makes 3 persons needing to attend so I couldn't complete the booking without creating another attendee

Hi Ayesha, Thank you for your review. We have investigated the issue you reported and noticed that the provider you booked with had created two tickets: 1 regular ticket and 1 sibling ticket. The sibling ticket was incorrectly set up to admit 2 additional children instead of just 1 additional sibling. We are sorry about the inconvenience caused by this. Wouldn't let me create an account. OTP was not accepted. Following attempt, no OTP arrived. Checking out as guest was seamless, however I still need an account for future management.

You need to enable parents/ carers to book on a weekly basis, rather than one session at a time.
