Booking was ok but l was assuming l'd be asked more details about the person bringing the child (attendee).

I couldn't book using my phone, I had to use computer at the point where I was answering medical and photo permission questions. Otherwise easy. Clare

No separate field for adding contact phone number for second parent. No ability to add more dates easily, need to go round and book more separately.

Awkward between pages, process is overly complicated and shouldn’t have to leave card details if not using them to make payment

Very frustrating that you don’t have an ‘add to basket’ function when booking multiple classes by the same provider. Also the need to submit medical info for each weekly class, even though they are booked as regular/recurring classes. Medical info is not likely to change from week to week!

Secondly, if you create an account and ensure you are logged in when checking out, all of your previous answers to the questions since you created your account (including medical) will be saved in the form so that you can simply resubmit with one click. We have had a look at your booking and can see that you successfully selected 1 ticket, added your attendee details to the ticket, and checked out. You can check out for multiple children by selecting more than 1 ticket at the start of the checkout flow.
