“It’s says delivery is 1-3 days. I received an email stating on the 10/08/20 my card was dispatched but didn’t arrived till the 14th so missed the birthday day.”

Samantha, I am so sorry your gift was delivered late. 😔 Looking at your order I can see we dispatched it on time and it should have been delivered by 13 August at the latest. 🤔 I would love to get this resolved right away 😀 Can you please have a look at your email, I have just dropped you a message so we can get this sorted. 👀💕

“Delivery was fast . The box didn't pop out when my mother opened her card but when I took it off her made me jump more than anyone ha ha. Great idea for somebody who has never had a boomf card before”
