“This was the first time I ordered your product. The website was easy to navigate but I feel the product was expensive for what it was. I have used Moonpig for years and they confirm delivery dates whereas your delivery didn’t and ended up missing the birthday by 1 day. The recipient was not exactly bowled over by the Boomf either so a little bit of a disappointment overall. Not something I will be rushing to repeat.”

Thanks for your feedback Heather. 🙂 Our shipping page provides estimated delivery times for our items. At the moment we do not have a nominated day service but this is something we are currently looking into.

“Really good selection in the box. Very quick delivery as I was worried I may have ordered too late but it arrived in time. Loads of confetti but we thought it was going to pop out with a bit more ompf but all in all a great, fun product.”
