“Received someone else’s order. Imagine my disappointment when my fiancé opened someone else’s private message meant for Valentine’s Day. Would not recommend this company. If you’re going to specialize in personalized orders invest in better quality checking before you ship out the product!!”

“Poor. In one word poor, because it didn't go boomf! Such a let down and disappointment and really not what it showed on the online advertisements. Complete waste of money in my opinion. An apology/refund would be greatly appreciated. Thanks”
