“The gift was amazing and packed well, it arrived in plenty of time but the downfall of this was one of the pictures had been cut off but didn’t show me that on the preview, it showed it all perfect”

Laura, I'm so pleased you loved his Boomf gift. ❤️ I am sorry that one of your photos was cropped unexpectedly. I've had a look at our system and it seems that when designing your card the heads got accidentally cropped whilst uploading a portrait photo into a square space. We do our very best to catch these in the factory and let our customers know and realign their pictures. I am sorry this one got through. 🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼

“Not sure what it's like as I sent it to a friend who hasn't opened it yet. Given 2 stars from a sender's point of view I would have liked more characters to write my message as I had to shorten it considerably from what I wanted to write.”
