“There was an issue with my first order but the customer services team sorted it out really quickly and the replacement was perfect. Mistakes happen all the time and it really hasn’t put me off using the service. 10 out of 10”

Stephanie, I am so sorry your gift got lost on it's journey to you. I understand how disappointing this must have been 😔 Looking at your order I can see we dispatched it on time and it should have been delivered by 4 September at the latest. 🤔 This is far from the experience we had intended for you! 🤦‍♀️ I can see that my colleague issued you a full refund at the start of this week. 😅 This will be back in your account in 5-10 working days. “I ordered two of the same boomf cards by mistake. I emailed to rectify the problem, I also spoke to a member of staff via phone. Both were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified within the hour. Excellent communication !! I only wish I had the name of the guy who I dealt with via email and the woman I spoke to so they are recognised as an asset to boomf ......”

“I can show you the video I took of Barbara opening her card. It did not pop out until she moved the confetti. Rather disappointing- unlike the card my daughter sent me which would have rated 5 stars”

“I was very pleased with the quality of the cards but on two occasions the card failed to fulfill its criteria a butterfly card which the butterfly did not fly and the other previously ordered card did not pop open but otherwise it great.”
