“I ordered my Card: 4G3GEE23 unfortunately the card has been swapped. I gave it to my fiancé on. Valentine’s Day, thinking that there will be our photos and on the box he opened it said "i love you Sophie" How could you mixed a personalized gift. So disappointed!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!”

I am so sorry to hear this Sandra! All of our gifts are hand-made, as such there can be some chance of human error in the packaging & dispatch process. Please know that this is an extremely rare occurrence. I can see you have been in touch with our customer service team. Hopefully, they have resolved this for you in a way that made you smile 🙂🥰
