“I appreciate that there are postal problems at the moment, but the card we ordered that left on the 18th to arrive on the 20th did not arrive until today the 23rd. Paid over and above for a confirmed delivery date.”

“The product was good quality and the print on the photo box is really nice but it doesn't always pop out like it shows on the adverts! There's a bit of a delay which kind of ruins the surprise element of it. Also it popped out sideways and ended up hitting me in the eye of the intended recipient lol!! (not complaining about that, just thought it was funny!)”
