“Really disappointed with this , opened the card and the butterfly had broke so must had been broken before even been shipped which is a shame a lot of money for nothing”

“I ordered the personalised marshmallows for my sons birthday. They arrived quickly and look great. I personally didn’t like the tasks of them. They didn’t taste like shop bought ones, and they were a little bitter. This could have been the colouring. Although they looked good, I wouldn’t buy them again.”

“If I could give a 0 I would. My daughter in law sent me flowers for Mother’s Day that I received on Saturday. The Boomf didn’t work, more of a damp squib. As soon as I opened the box I could see the poor quality of the flowers. The leaves were yellowing and the edges of the tulips were already dying. By Monday morning (not even 48 hours) the flowers were dead. I am a florist so I know what I am talking about. The box was also squashed. No value for money at all”

“I ordered a boomf exploding box the picture showed a square box I got a flat box extremely disappointed very misleading website I won't order from their company again ! I feel I've been conned ☹️”

Hi Val, we are so sorry you were disappointed with your Boomf bomb. It does arrive in a flat white box and is activated when you pull the tab. So the bomb boomfs with confetti and the gift you created pops out. I have sent you an email as well 😊

“Very very disappointed, bought a confetti boxed one for my son's birthday as a surprise definitely that ok, as it was the wrong one sent, I was more upset than my son. Anyway boomf have kindly addressed its there fault and have apologised, and I have my original one coming 3wks later and a voucher code I can use. Not sure if I'll use again.”
