The box didn’t ‘boom’ when opened, instead I had to tell them to shake the packaging (still didn’t expand) so had to remove the box from packaging and finally it expanded ...

Hi Boomf I’m very happy with my purchase, I ordered it on the 6th July and I received it Thursday. It was for my granddaughter’s 13th birthday and she absolutely loved it and yes she jumped out of skin lol. 10:10. I’ll definitely be buying another one.

Paid for overnight delivery on Thursday eve cards did not arrive till the following Monday what is overnight next day about that! Won’t use Boomf again.

Andrew, I am so sorry that your gift did not arrived when you expected it. Our UK DHL Tracked Express Shipping service arrives the next working day once shipped. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Your order was placed late on Thursday evening, we printed , assembled and dispatched it on Friday to be delivered the next working day. 🤪 We do have all our cut off times on our shipping page, I am sorry that this was not seen https://boomf.com/shipping 👀 I will pass this on as feedback to see if we can make this clearer in the future. 🙏

Haven’t used you before but after seeing the surprise & shock element when people opened the cards I bought confetti one for my sons 22nd birthday. Sadly it was a damp squid with no noise , hardly any confetti & no surprise or shock to him opening it . I won’t be buying again

Unfortunately I was unable to retrieve my item from Royal Mail. I’d put my daughters name on it, as it was for her, but my address. So the collections office refused to hand it over. I’m disappointed because I could clearly see the item and it was small enough to be posted through my letter box which begs the question, why wasn’t it? I’d consider an alternative delivery service if I were you.

I wasnt overall impressed with the product, after seeing the advert and expecting the cube to really jump out the box and the confetti to pop out aswell I was really excited! But when my sister opened hers it didn't really pop at all and the confetti just fell to the floor. I feel really disappointed.
