“There was an issue with my first order but the customer services team sorted it out really quickly and the replacement was perfect. Mistakes happen all the time and it really hasn’t put me off using the service. 10 out of 10”

“I ordered two of the same boomf cards by mistake. I emailed to rectify the problem, I also spoke to a member of staff via phone. Both were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified within the hour. Excellent communication !! I only wish I had the name of the guy who I dealt with via email and the woman I spoke to so they are recognised as an asset to boomf ......”
