My apologies your card did not arrived as quickly as you hoped Lucy. I have had a look at your order and it was dispatched on time and it should be with you by 13 July at the latest. 😀 Your card went with our standard shipping service, 6-11 Working Days to arrive to the US. If gift does not arrive by next Monday, can you please email us at hello@boomf.com to let us know your card is lost. 🙏

“Ordered Sunday........card still not arrived on Thursday. Very disappointed in your service. I even paid almost £10 for the privilege of this disappointment. I won't be using this poor service again and I will be sure to pass on my disgust to all friends and family.”

I'm really sorry to hear you didn't receive your Boomf gift 😢 This not the experience we had intended for you! 🤦‍♀️ It regards to lost orders I'm afraid contact must be made within 60 days from the date of the order to offer compensation, replacement or a refund. 🤪

“The Quilaty was good and the card and Monkey popped up well But the boomf affect was none existence As when pulled it back nothing happened you had to give it a shake after opening for it to come out the packing and didn't look anything like their advertising disappointing to say”

“Shipping still says “should arrive by Friday June 19th” which was 6 days ago. My husbands birthday and first Father’s Day were days ago as well, and there’s no sign of it. Sad the card missed his special days.”
