Dear Nico, once an order is delivered, the player is not able to chat back to you anymore :) he hasn't ignored you, he simply could not because that is how the system is designed. Best Sofia

the very friendly player. However, 5 match placement 1 win in master I lost 70 sr compared to the season before. I am very disappointed for my account gm I will do them myself. On the other hand very fast and responsive.

Dear Le Mab, this order referring to Overwatch was not Grand Master (your account was 3400 SR at the previous season end) and we ended up 3420 after the placements matches (due to performances being excellent). i was an order where we could only use Mercy so the carry potential indeed was lower compared to other roles :) Best Sofia

I bought the douq 2v2 tournament service and haven’t been able to even get into a lobby with any of the three boosters that picked up my order the day I placed it. The first one picked it up immediately after I placed it but said he doesn’t have an account for it and proceeded to drop it. The next one picked it up and didn’t respond to any of my messages for the next hour. I talked with someone on the site and they found me a new booster and we had 25 minutes before the next tournament. He said we had to do the next one after that witch was four hours from then witch was also the last one of the day. I sent him 4 messages with the first one being 20 minutes before the deadline but he said he wanted to do one that was 2 hours ago. That was a 3v3 tournament and I didn’t pay for that. Then I had to wait till the day after. And then when I got back onto the website with that account it said none of my messages were delivering. I had to sign out of google and use a vpn to talk to someone. I was starting to think I should talk to my bank to get the money back. But the next day I sent the 3rd booster a message and we got into a tournament. I rated 2 stars because he actually did good and was a great sport, if it wasn’t for him I would have gave 1 star just for the service. I would do it again with him if it wasn’t through this site.

Dear Booner, as much as we love detailed reviews like this one, I feel like it is right for us to point out a few mistakes in regards to what you have typed: You placed your order at 20.41 PM (EU TIME), and you got a booster assigned 30 seconds after. This booster explained to you he could not play with new accounts and dropped the order in favor of another booster. The second booster took your order 10 minutes after the first one but realized he had the same issue as the previous one. So he dropped as well. The third booster aka Ivan, took the order 32 minutes after the second one (your total waiting time at this point was 45 minutes) and proceeded to explain to you that he was ready to jump into the next tourney if he could get his hands on an account to play with you. Unfortunately, it was not the case as the deadline was to close, so the whole order shifted to the following morning (not because of our will, but because of how the system works). The order got delivered accordingly the following morning (14 hours after you placed the order). During the whole process, our agents Lucas and Lucifer assisted you in our live chat multiple times, even when you started insulting them (something we do not tolerate but played along with). Overall everyone is free to rate the experience as they prefer, even though we would like our customers to leave OBJECTIVE reviews and not SENTIMENT reviews (which often play a big role in analyzing the service that gets provided) as we are one of the few websites that provide 24 hours delivery :) Wish you a good day Sofia

The order will get completed but recently I get boosters who will accept my order and not start it for 2-3 days.

The support is nice, the orders go fast. But i had a kind of complicated order, where i swapped from duo to solo boost because i wanted that the account plays solo, what a explicitly told the booster and the support, but the booster still decided to duo with an extremly low mmr account to have it easier. So in conclusion, atleast its not a fraud site but there are better ones who actually do what you want them to.

My booster has seemingly blown me off and customer support said they would reassign to a new booster but does not look like that was done before the end of the business day. $60 and haven't played a game in ~12 hours on a Saturday.

Terrible booster communication and lack of seriousness in my boosting experience. Had to have my booster switched multiple times and took over a week and a half to finish my boost that was estimated to take around two days.

This was a quick boost, wich was suppose to be easy wins but out of 6 games their was 4 lost and the 2 wins, he didn’t carry anything.

Hello, The boosting itself wasn't that bad, but don't really got couching like I assumed I get when I booked it, only like the first 5-10 games got like basic Tipps not really telled me what I shoud or shouldn't do in some situations would have really wished for more. The booster was always late let me wait for 1-2 hours every time but telling me he only needs 10-20 min... And he was really toxic flamed people for stupid reasons and when we lost a game he got so tilted that he leavt and didn't talk to me, happened 2 times that I waited for 2 hours for him played 1-2 games lost them he leavt and didn't write back or anything and I needed to wait for the next day to continue...

You ordered a boost in League of Legends from Gold 3 to Plat 4. In DUOQ. Alongside the booster you played a total of 43 games, 33 of which were wins and 10 losses. This is a little above 75% win rate, which the booster maintained for the whole lenght of the service. We just checked your op.gg (even if you changed name right after the boost) and confirmed everything said above. Your order was also completed in a timely manner. What led you to leave a 2 star review is because you offered to our employee a private service contacting him on discord and asking him to boost you privately to diamond! Which he obviously declined. I invite you to think two times before doing such things, since you are jeopardizing the work and the effort we put into our business, only because your attempt of obtaining something by breaking our Terms of Service failed. Not satisfied. - Order should take between 24-48 hours wasn't the case. I nearly had to beg to get it going. Pretty odd that all the reviews I read started immediatly bla bla bla but mine clearly didn't ... more than 72 hours not yet done. - Paid for the streaming option but both my boosters couldn't stream ( got a win for free alright 'solution') then why is this option a possibility ? - First assigned booster didn't start when he said he would so I needed another one and got another one. For the second booster; the champs I wanted him to play (for which I paid) weren't his mains. (Both friendly guys tho ! ) - Asked for a player with Flash on D & Smite on F key wasn't the case. - Support is good tho, quick response and looks for solutions. Overall an okay experience, could however be better tho.

The booster was a great person real nice. But a 50% w/l ratio I could of done that by myself. Was promised itd be done in 1 -2 days ended up being 3 days. Had a lot of problems with other boosters during the 3 day period. Kinda a waste of my money. I actually thought I was being nice with the 2 stars because. I just did the 10 placement matches by myself and still had a better ratio. 50% with a booster? i paid money to litterly do somthing i could of done myself. and i had problems int the process with your service so yeah. Id say 2 stars sorry.

Paid for 5 matches in beginning of the league for good allocation. But 3 matches were lost out of 5. No follow up, no answer from booster or any of the staff. I thought 80% win is a guarantee. 2 wins out of 5 if my math is correct is 40 %. Poor service..
