“H2F-220waa-haier-upright-freezer Easy to reverse door, door easy to open as handle helps to break the vacuum. Good size baskets, light is handy CRITS Door reverse When reversing door, have to move plastic blanking plugs on left hand hinge bracket posistion to the right hand side. Unfortunatly they are impossible to remove without damaging them, so making them useless to reuse. Screw holes, where right hand door hinge was, are then visable, blanking plate (as at top) or spare blanking plugs should be inclued When moving the handle posistion, small dents are left where it was removed from. Soft plate between handle and door would prevent this Freezer alarm, Alarm is wrong description for the mouse squeek that it imits, you have to be almost in the freezer to hear it, Alarm needs to be as loud as an oven or microwave alarm.”

“Terrible Customer Service. Delivered fridge and two shelves had minor damage to silver trim. Rather than reject them, gave Boots the chance to send out replacement parts. Big mistake. Four months later after numerous emails, failed delivery dates, and five separate deliveries of the wrong parts, they say can’t get silver trim and I will have to accept white trim. Would not use them for anything again. Don’t be fooled by the Boots name, the customer service is terrible. Never get to speak to the same person and nobody takes responsibility to resolve the matter.”

“Ordered cooker on 17 December, paid in full for it. Was not advised of delivery date so on 6 January I phoned to enquire when I could expect my cooker. The item had not been ordered from the manufacturer and the particular model has now been replaced by a more expensive version. I am now waiting for them to confirm whether they are going to meet their commitment or cancel the contract. In the meantime the required delivery date is getting ever closer and it is looking more and more likely our new kitchen will be fitted without a cooker. Beware in using this company, do not be fooled by the Boots name. David Rogers - Unbeatable.co.uk”
