“ I am using Clairol Studio Hair Colour, and now Boots stopped having this brand on its stores. How am I supposed to colour my hair now? You cannot just change brands, because the colours are different. Clairol has other brands, but Clairol Studio is different. And I don't shop online, so I am not getting this online!!! No way, shopping online is dangerous and more expensive. If you stop stocking a product in you shop, you will have to provide an alternative for a similar product, and its not happeing, the other.products are different. How are you supposed to maintain your customers if you keep changing the products? What a rubbish service ”
