They could not provide any photographic proof of delivery but still rejected my claim. I’ve been left out of pocket with no support from customer service. Very disappointed. ”

“ Placed an order. Never even attempted delivery as Royal Mail returned it to sender for bad packaging. Asked for my order to be replaced. They apparently can’t do that. They can take my money and hold it up to 14 when it’s their fault I haven’t even received the parcel. Customer service is terrible ”
