“ 1/5 — Missing Items & No Resolution My order 779944541 arrived missing items worth £153.66, and Boots have refused to refund me. They could not provide any photographic proof of delivery but still rejected my claim. I’ve been left out of pocket with no support from customer service. Very disappointed. ”

“ Placed an order. Never even attempted delivery as Royal Mail returned it to sender for bad packaging. Asked for my order to be replaced. They apparently can’t do that. They can take my money and hold it up to 14 when it’s their fault I haven’t even received the parcel. Customer service is terrible ”

“ Placed an order on the basis of an offer emailed to me by Boots. The offer wasn't applied at check-out. Emailed customer services, but just got pointless, generic emails. They wouldn't cancel the order - told me I would have to take delivery and send it back. Boots are fine if everything goes OK, but any problems and their customer service is awful, rude and unpleasant. ”
