Absolutely horrific company. Have made few orders and returned half of the purchases. Now i receive an email that my account has been blocked for 1 year due to violation of their Fair Use policy. Was extremely confused by that and after corresponding with them found out - that they sum up the amount of all of the orders and then divide it by the number of purchases and if the amount per item is less then 35 EUR your account will be blocked as you are considered suspicious customer. Like WTH is that?! In that case they shouldn't sell any goods that are less of this specific amount. Especially in my case, as disabled person who relies on online shopping, this is just disgusting practise. The style of their email communication feels discriminatory and appalling. Do not support this company who will ridicule your for no apparent reason!

SEND ME 1 ITEM OF 2, and then NO REFUND ME, STEALER , ADVOID AT ALL COST If it a negative star, I will definitely give to you BOOZT. I bought 2 pair of shoes , same size, different colors. However, when I received the package, from the outside, I already known that there is only one box of shoes. So , they only send me 1 pair of shoes. The package is a bit damaged with the tape from Bpost. I informed them about the missing item. They asked me to send the picture of the package several times. I have to send them the pictures several times because of Ms Katarzyna's high requirement. . I did. After a few days, they send me a DHL claim damage form. I was annoyed because this is the problem between BOOZT and DHL, not me. But I was nicely enough to fill in and sent to Boozt and hope for their fair solution . And suddenly Ms Katarzyna M, told me that it was too late for the claim because i have to send the form in 7 days after receiving the package. She did not informed me about this and she told me to send the picture of the form again and again without mention about the deadline. And she told me that it is my fault and they could not do anything. OMG, common, what are you doing Boozt ? The package you sent me lack of 1 pair of shoes (95 EURO) and you took my money without solving the problem causing by you or your staff. 1. Your staff might not put the second pair of shoes in the package. 2. Maybe during the transfer, the package was damaged or someone steal the shoes I AM THE BUYER, and I did not received the item I already paid for and you BLAMED all the responsibility for me, An INNOCENT CUSTOMER althought it is definitely your RESPONSIBILITY, YOUR FAULT that mean BOOZT, you are A STEALER

3 weeks and still no solution 10 phone calls 10 emails. Same answer. 850€ order only purse arrived in a ripped open bag? money gone clothes gone. No refund. We are investigating is the only thing i heard and now you write case closed we can’t help anymore. You can’t let a customer wait that long and leave me like this . Shame on you all. How you deal with this issue. Learn from Zalando. I never buy anything here again. Sham . Yes customer support wrote me after a month and wrote sorry package left from our warehouse us good i good condition We can’t help you get no refund. The package came out opened from OMNIVA parcel locker in Lithuania. Ofcouse it came from your warehouse in good condition, it doesn’t mean it arrived good!!! And i am the victim. They stole my polo shirt worth 750€ i get no help i get no money back i get only a sorry!!!!!! You just don’t care, you don’t compensate you offer nothing. Shame on you all!!!! Disgusting! It made me sick. 10 phone calls 20 emails and no help. Shame on you all!!! Wat else can i do? I provided all proof all photos and i get nothing just nothing!! And you wrote case closed. ???????? How !!!!!!!

The website showed me a discount, after few hours I went back to purchase the price got from 112€ to 175€.

Boozt has free returns but if you use it you might be banned for a year. I've ordered from Boozt occasionally, but it's not easy to know exactly what size you might need when ordering clothes online, so I sometimes order two sizes and return the size that didn't fit, and now I have been banned. Trust me, I won't be making anymore purchases from Boozt when the ban has been removed! I thought Boozt needed their customers but this poor customer service says otherwise.

Another bad e-store. Well, I have seen they have good discounts so I made my first order with them. However, none of the products fit my size so I returned everything. So I paid them delivery fees + returning fees which equals 120 SEK and it was for nothing. Therefore, I am not buying from them anymore it was my first and last time

Very unprofessional. The items are not the same as it looks. If the item is not fit for you there is no change for alternative, only you have to pay 6,99 EUR for nothing.

They are thieves! I received my package completely empty after ordering 2 jackets and a scarf. Customer service is the worst, I’ve never been more frustrated in my life. Now I have to pay for something I never received. I will never ever order from them again. Save your money and don’t get scammed.

I ordered a table cloth, they send me the wrong size. Twice. In several ways I contacted them, through the website , email on the phone. Ridiculous…it was talking to a stone. They kept saying I should order again??? Without any apologies for delivering the wrong product. No nothing. What a lousy organization. I would not recommend Boozt.com.

I ordered one item named "Dumbbell Pair", the picture also contained two dumbbells. What I got was one Dumbbell and they refuse to send me the other one but instead demands that I send the single dumbbell I got back to them. I think the right thing to do would be to either send me the second dumbbell or compensate me for the work of sending the dumbbell back

They are thieves. I return wrong item they send to me and they don't want to refund me, they said that "the item need more investigations before refund" this website is a joke!!!!! I don't remove the item of the box and I don't try it because the mistake is visible, wrong size of shoes (39 EU send for 42 EU buy). They make the mistake and it's like it's my fault! I bought many things by internet since 20 years and I never see that before! It's a shame.

J'aurais mis 4 étoiles si je n'avais pas eu de problème avec ce site! J'ai effectué une commande de 71€ contenant un tee-shirt et une paire de bottines. Hélas ils m'ont envoyé la mauvaise taille, du 39 au lieu de 42, et cette erreur était flagrante dès que j'ai vu les chaussures, donc retour immédiat sans sortir la deuxième chaussure du carton ni même avoir essayé quoi que ce soit. Ils m'ont remboursé uniquement le tee-shirt estimant que la paire de chaussures méritait une étude approfondie avant remboursement ! Je n'ai jamais vu une chose pareille ! Cela fait 20 ans que je commande sur internet et cela ne m'est jamais arrivé ! Une honte ! Alors franchement allez acheter sur des sites internet sûrs comme Zalando et Sarenza vous prendrez moins de risques.
