“Bar fridge is great, and delivery was quick. We did however pay $300+ for delivery as it’s a residential property requiring a forklift to bring it in. This was not the case, driver turned up banging on windows and yelling hello with a trolley and my husband went out to assist bring it in. So I’m terms of delivery cost, absolutely ridiculous.”

Hi Alisha, Agree totally about the price. It’s crazy. This for the courier to provide a tailgate to lower it to the ground in lieu of customer having their own forklift. Bonkers. Courier companies take advantage of Health and Safety regulations where it suits and charge accordingly. We see none of this fee. Thanks very much for taking the time to leave your feedback.
