“On the positive side, I like the two modes (with and without background) which adjust easily. There is also a fairly wide and effective range of volume settings. Certainly, I am able to hear much more, and more clearly. On the negative side, the sound is very harsh and "tinny" as though it is all treble and no midrange or bass, like a cheap speaker. This is made worse when there is a sudden change in volume like loud noise which is not dampened and can be very painful.”

“They work great with first couple of uses
Then they don’t work at at all. I suspect it’s wax build up, but there are no instructions on how to remedy that I pulled the “wax guard “off
And that helped, but I am now told you have purchase more wax guards. I think they should clearer o. The maintenance and give you the additional wax guards for free These hearing aids are not cheap”
“These are good, but need to have more volume control, I’ve had mine for a month and still having trouble adjusting to the loudness even on the lowest setting, or make them WIFI so they can be adjusted
