“I had placed an order last Saturday for a bottle of kopperburg gin said 3-5 working days i needed it for Father’s Day it’s been over a week since I placed the order I have emailed them twice ...and no reply so emailed again I got a reply yesterday to say that the we’re moving offices and couldn’t get access to there emails till Tuesday absolute bullsxxt still doesn’t explain how my order hasn’t been dispatched foamin is not the word”
“Lying about my order time after time, been 3 weeks now and still get the same answer, it will be dispatched today, wait all day for it to be dispatched and guess what, it doesn’t get dispatched, won’t be ordering from here again”
“I ordered 2 special bottles of Gin from Bottle Bling over 12 days ago, they are yet to arrive, however I wanted them for a birthday present last night and had to go to a super market to purchase them, for £4 cheaper than I paid online.
Why one star, well, in summary - poor logistical planning, can't be trusted and absolutely no customer service experience.
The detail
1, I checked with bottle bling on the 7th working day, to confirm if my order would arrive on time, they assured me everything was ok and it would arrive by the 10th working day. It didn't.
2, when I asked on the 11th working day whey the bottle had not arrived, the excuse given was that the bank holiday had disrupted the delivery, this made no sense as there was no bank holiday within the 10 working day period. After questioning this, they then said the suppliers of the Gin had delayed getting stock to them, possibly more BS.
3, When I asked how they could correct the situation, they stopped responding all together and didn't bother acknowledging that I've paid £40 more to correct their mistakes / poor planning.
Better off buying from a trusted source.”
“Not pleased at all, paid to get it in 2 days and it took 10. Also, I ordered a ciroc and tasted nothing like alcohol. Writing a review after reading an article stating people could go blind or die from drinking this fake alcohol.”
“I placed my purchase 8 days before needing it and i paid extra for express shipping. On day 6 i realized i hadn't heard a word about them regarding shipping since i placed the order. I immediately sent an email and didn't get a response. The next day i sent 2 more emails before i got a response with the tracking number. When i checked the status of shipping it was still in California. I responded to the email stating my frustration with the fact that i needed the bottles by the next day. I told them to cancel the order because the bottles would not arrive on time. I went back and forth with the company about the shipping information on their website and that according to it i should have received my bottles on time. I would not do business with them ever again and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”
“PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! You see alot of bad review but so.etimes turn a blind eye to them it on this accasion please listen. Buy a th of glitter and glue yourself and make it yourself product is cheap looking like a child made it. My order got delivered to me faulty! glitter missing from bottles glass was filthy like it had been used bottle was actually leaking also. What a waste of money. I have tried co texting them about 8 emails and phone calls but not even 1 response. Please do t get sucked in to there rubbish and pictures they post on there Facebook page like I did.”
“I ordered several items from bottle bling on cyber Monday & paid for next day delivery. My parcel arrived two days later with an item missing. I immediately contacted bottle bling and received an email back to say they would post it out ASAP but the following day still no item. I therefore contacted them again to see where my item was and why I had not received by next day delivery which I had paid for & got a reply to say it had been posted the previous day by Royal Mail (not next day delivery!!!!)
I then waited for over a week and still had not received my item so emailed them again & was told to be patient and wait a further week!!! I emailed back to say I wasn’t happy with their response & guess what...no reply!! Can’t get through on the phone either.
Its now two weeks since I placed my order, they have my money & I still have items missing! Looking at other online reviews I am not alone!! Will certainly not be recommending Bottle Bling or using again!”
