Wouldn't even give 1 star, my money has been taken, order hasn't arrived, emailed 3 times, no response back, tried calling, says there's no one available for my call!

The bottle bling gin was actually water. No gin involved.

Terrible terrible company. The very worst thing about them is their dishonesty. They lie multiple times, from sending out orders incomplete, to promising rectification and refunds, to showing images on their site that don't resemble the items they send out in any way....I don't know how they think this is an acceptable way to run a business. Theives that have stolen £30 from me and many other people.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Nothing like what I ordered. I’m going to look into getting a refund. £30 on rubbish that looks like it came out of pound shop. Do not waste your money.

This definately feels like a scam. Ordered a bottle of gin.. weeks later it still hadn't arrived . Emailed and they said they would send another out. Weeks later .. Still nothing. Asked for a refund . And was assured it would show up withing 14 days!! Over 3 weeks later... Still no refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Good deal if you are willing to receive wrong order, 30+ emails back & fwd, 2 apparent replacements sent, oh no, my mistake hey Mandy?? Sent wrong bottle again after 6 weeks of waiting, to be told it would be sorted on 28th Oct yet here I am still no further fwd.. Oh, the wrong bottle they originally sent I was told to keep as a goodwill gesture, it's now been requested back - which may I add I did offer to return right at the beginning of this escapade.. As I commented on their fb page it was deleted and they've now blocked me from being able to comment further.. Great customer service right there!!

STAY AWAY. FAR, FAR AWAY! Like a lot of others, I purchased this based on the picture on their website. Again, like a lot of others, what I received was NOTHING like what I ordered. I emailed a complaint and received an email assuring me that this is rare. (Ha. Ha I say) I was asked to send pictures. I sent them pictures of Before Shaking, After Shaking, After Shaking closeup, and their Ad picture. The next day I got a reply - "Sorry you are not happy with your bottle, I have had quality control look at this for me and they are satisfied with the amount of gold that is in each bottle.Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you." I asked that since quality control was satisfied that I wanted to talk to the owner. Unsurprisingly that has never happened. But surpringly I received an unsolicited bottle today. This one had huge flakes that all floated into the neck of the bottle. I shook it hardily, it looked ok-ish for about 20 seconds, then the flakes all floatred into the neck again. I am currently trying to get them to pick this one up and refund me for the first one. And refunds are a joke. Apparently they do not offer refunds on "personalised items". And everything they sell is considered to be a "personalised item". TrustPilot does have a high rating for them. But looking through them, the more recent ratings are 1 or 2 star with the same complaints I'm reading here. They may have once been decent, but that has long declined. And for the inquisitive amongst you I suggest trying to find ANY relevant information on Todley's Spirit Co. Classic basement operation. I should have looked deeper into the reviews. Burn me once, but never twice.

Terrible customer service rude and helpful agents managers shouting at the phone to customers agents putting the phone down on customers and Unprofessional would not recommend

Used this company on a number of occasions and they are great until something goes wrong with the order. Order arrived damaged and photos were sent. Emails were ignored and company don’t want to help or know if there’s a problem. Won’t be using bottle bling again and would advise others not to just in case you have a problem with your order.

Still not been refunded for next day delivery charge or gift wrap that was not provided. Despite emails and phone calls poor customer service. Taking money and not providing service. Will excslate as dont like being scammed

Ordered 2 bottles of gin on bank holiday monday, paid next day delivery £5.99. Got message to be delivered Wednesday by dhl. On tracking said delayed on wednesday. Phoned customer services, said will phone dhl and get back to me in 10mins. After 4hrs, messaged them, said products smashed in transit. On Thursday afternoon got products but were not gift wrapped. Had paid extra for gift wrapping. They requested photos so sent 2. Then came toing and froing of emails. Company argumentative rather than pay back and refind me for gift wrap and next day delivery charge. Lost custom and family and friends also due to poor customer service after loyalty. Will complete a review weekly so people are aware until refunded as this is not right. Also will escalate to trading standards.

Next day delivery means some time in the future and refund is pending whether you find you trust worthy... avoid this company

This place is a scam. That is what I must conclude as I have been dealing with terrible customer service, trying to get a refund on a bottle of vodka I bought for Christmas (which I also paid £4.99 for guaranteed delivery in time). The item never came. I also never received a shipping email from them nor confirmation from their delivery service who is DHL. After emailing them back and forth, I keep being told that my item was delivered (which it wasn't), and after repeatedly asking they are unable to provide me with any other details other than what address I put on my order. They tried to put the blame on DHL, but I have never had an issue with them, they always email or text when an order is on its way- but this time nothing. Very odd indeed. The order is £30, not the end of the world if I don't get refunded, but it's the principal. Abosultely appalling company, avoid.

Mark Dominey. I bought 2 bottles of gin liquor for my mum, she called on boxing day to say that it was 2 bottles of coloured water please explain ,I will be contacting trading standards

Bottle was as expected, gift wrap was a plastic sheet with some ribbon on top so I was not impressed, and the delivery and service were very bad. I bought 1-2 days delivery but received the bottle almost 2 weeks after ordering with lots of emails back and forth with the team. They said the bottle will come 1-2 days after I complained of not receiving the bottle (a week after ordering) as it turned out my order “did not receive a scan”. After this email exchange they promised it will come within 1-2 days but it did not come for another week. I received the bottle almost 2 weeks after ordering (13 days) despite the advertised “1-2 days” delivery time on the website. I am chasing for a refund on the delivery which is a small compensation compared to my time spent on the awful service and poor delivery. I will not be ordering from this company again nor will I recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. I’d recommend the team works on improving their service, particularly when managing their customer expectations (ie if they say a delivery time, after not meeting it beforehand, they should meet that deadline).

Received 2 bottles of snowglobe gin. Hardly any snow in them. Contacted bottlebling but no reply from them. Very disappointed I won't be ordering again.

I bought a bottle of proseco for a present, the label isn’t on in full, some torn off and some of the bling is missing, over £20 for this bottle of proseco. I am so disappointed and I won’t actually be giving it as a gift because I’m embarrassed about how bad it looks!!!

I'd just wanted to share with you my disappointed in the latest product I purchased a Gin Gift set and I quote A set of products packaged together for individual sale as a gift. However when arrived in it's delivery box everything was bubble wrapped separately which is not a Gift set When the individual items were added up it would have been a lot cheaper to purchase via a supermarket.....

Multiple of the Christmas sets ordered and never received, Bottle Bling say they have been delivered but they haven’t. No refund or replacement given even though no proof not delivery can be given DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY customer service is shocking.
