“Ordered 3 bottles of glitter light up gin looked fantastic on the photos when they arrived they looked nothing like the photo and looked like something you would get from the pound shop!!!
In fact that’s being generous the labels looked like something kids in a nursery had made for Christmas

“Terrible service when bottle of champagne eventually arrived 6 days later even though was supposed to be 1-2 days however no personalised label. So complained bottle replaced tiny little label on back of bottle. Not as advertised apparently that particular champagne does not have personalised labels, which would have been nice to be told when I placed the order, so def will not use them again”

Ordered 2 bottles based on how they were promoted for sale on their Facebook page.. They arrived and looked nothing like what I was expecting.. Which was a bottle of gin with lots and lots off sparkly glitter as in the photo which is clearly not a photo of the actual bottle itself it's more of an animated misleading image photo shopped to the hilt.. What I actually received was a bottle of gin with a few large gold leaf bits in.. Very deflating.
I telephoned the company whom asked me to fwd photos which they would fwd to relevant dept. And assured me I would hear back that day.. They were for 21st present the day after. A week later and still nobody has bothered to contact me.. I e mailed again on the day of complaint to say nobody had still contacted me regarding this.. And still haven't.. Very disappointed and for what I received for a 50 CL bottle feel cheated out of my money

“If I could have given minus stars I would have. Bought item as a birthday present. Item arrived in a damaged box. Upon opening there were numerous patches of ‘bling’ missing and as you touched it more and more came away. The glasses were the same on the stems. And as for the scraggy personalisation. Was a scrappy piece of paper obviously cut by someone maybe half cut themselves. Immediately emailed and no surprise have not received a reply. Awful company and product. Save your money.”

The item arrived a week later only to find that the product I had bought had no resemblance to the product on the Bottlebling Website, the front label was cut too small and the back labels that I’d paid extra for looked like a staff member had drank a bottle of Gin before putting these on! I immediately contacted there customer service team to be fobbed off saying there quality team was satisfied with my product, what a joke and a total rip off company, Merry Christmas to Bottlebling I hope you have a terrible time, thanks”
“Would never use this company again. Ordered gift set as a present only received part of it when contacted them they sent out rest of set when received it was broken. Was then offered a replacement and free gift three weeks after the birthday I received the item but no gift. Absolutely shocking customer service”

What I orderd and what I got was completely different apparently it is the right item they just have not updated there website. Also I paid for gift wrapping which all it is is clear cellophane wrapped round it .apparently it I wanted it wrapped properly I would have to pay more . Would never recommend this company to anyone”
“I had placed an order last Saturday for a bottle of kopperburg gin said 3-5 working days i needed it for Father’s Day it’s been over a week since I placed the order I have emailed them twice ...and no reply so emailed again I got a reply yesterday to say that the we’re moving offices and couldn’t get access to there emails till Tuesday absolute bullsxxt still doesn’t explain how my order hasn’t been dispatched foamin is not the word”

“I ordered 2 special bottles of Gin from Bottle Bling over 12 days ago, they are yet to arrive, however I wanted them for a birthday present last night and had to go to a super market to purchase them, for £4 cheaper than I paid online.
Why one star, well, in summary - poor logistical planning, can't be trusted and absolutely no customer service experience.
The detail
1, I checked with bottle bling on the 7th working day, to confirm if my order would arrive on time, they assured me everything was ok and it would arrive by the 10th working day. It didn't.
2, when I asked on the 11th working day whey the bottle had not arrived, the excuse given was that the bank holiday had disrupted the delivery, this made no sense as there was no bank holiday within the 10 working day period. After questioning this, they then said the suppliers of the Gin had delayed getting stock to them, possibly more BS.
3, When I asked how they could correct the situation, they stopped responding all together and didn't bother acknowledging that I've paid £40 more to correct their mistakes / poor planning.
Better off buying from a trusted source.”

“I placed my purchase 8 days before needing it and i paid extra for express shipping. On day 6 i realized i hadn't heard a word about them regarding shipping since i placed the order. I immediately sent an email and didn't get a response. The next day i sent 2 more emails before i got a response with the tracking number. When i checked the status of shipping it was still in California. I responded to the email stating my frustration with the fact that i needed the bottles by the next day. I told them to cancel the order because the bottles would not arrive on time. I went back and forth with the company about the shipping information on their website and that according to it i should have received my bottles on time. I would not do business with them ever again and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”
