“This time very disappointed, shoes ordered but finally not delivered as the size isn’t available anymore 🤨😩 Then being reimbursed for the shoes but asked to get the short delivered, after a few days nothing happened…getting in touch with customer support apparently the carrier never received the parcel so order cancelled and being again reimbursed. Unfortunate and my daughter being sad as she didn’t get what she was aiming for…”

“Autant qu'en boutique la qualité du service est là autant qu'en ligne rien à voir. Maillot balancé dans un carton 3 fois trop grand, même pas emballé, résultat arrivé très froissé. Arrivé et encore, livraison par ups pitoyable en plus. Un parcours du combattant pour avoir ma commande”

“It's like receiving used shoes. They arrived absolutely dirty and in a damaged box. I had to spend some time to clean them out. Unfortunately, it was not possible to remove some spots. I understand that these shoes must have been in the shop and a number of people tried them out. But shoes at least should be cleaned before shipping. It's really nice shoes and I checked on the website that it was the last pair in my size, so decided to not ship them back. I gave 2 stars because the sales price and delivery were good, but I'm not sure I'd like to order again second-hand shoes even for a good price.”
