Easy to order, easy to set up, lots of helpful online advice and when we needed more help, responses were really quick and super helpful. In use, the system works well for all the family with a well thought out app and key fobs if needed. If you want to extend features to work with other smart home devices, the integration just works. I wish all companies looked after their customers like Boundary does!

I had a professional installation done and was fully installed in half a day. Boundary have been brilliant to me and the installer who came as they hit a small issue with a sensor which got resolved with the support and engineers within an hour. Best support, I highly recommend anyone to get boundary over anything.

I had a few teething issues when I first got the alarm, but the customer service is second to none, such prompt replies to queries. Other companies could learn a lot from Boundary. So happy with my purchase that I have purchased a second alarm for a relative.

After quite a few problems (finger problems mainly) my alarm is installed and working properly. The web site and ordering process is excellent and the delivery prompt and timely. The packaging of the components is first class and installation relatively easy. The problems came in the fine detail so I had to lean very heavily on Boundary support quite a few times in order to resolve problems and finally get things working as I wanted. This was a replacement for an existing, wired system so my expectation of it operating in exactly the same way as the old system was misplaced. However, with support from Phil and Leslie, I was able to overcome most of the problems and am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Some of the hub-based functions could be improved and I have assurances that work is being done to improve the functionality there. Overall, I am pleased with my system and have no hesitation in recommending Boundary to others.

I won’t say the setup was painless and it looks like my first hub was faulty. But the team at boundary responded promptly and got me sorted. I think the alarm has a lot of potential and look forward to seeing the updates.

I had a number of setup issues with my alarm having purchased it just after release and this required me to contact support. They were very attentive and worked through the issues with me, giving my options to resolve the issue including sending out a range extender free of charge. I'm all up and running now and feel like my custom mattered to the company. I would give 5 stars if it were not for two points: 1) the issues I encountered were definitely teething problems with a new product, but suggested the initial launch should have been run as a beta; 2) the support resolution was all done via email which resulted in tens of emails - there should be a chat system for this.

I had a few issues with the system (faulty motion sensor) when I first got my system and then some other issues which to be fair I caused when mounting to the wall with Velcro. Phil was super patient and even provided me some parts shipped all free of charge along with some other goodies I'd asked for. Can't fault the support even if the system is still going through teething issues. They will look after you and get you straight. I was a backer over a year ago, my system was delayed due to covid but it was worth the wait. Kudos!

Great UK based customer support, helped me choose the right components for my house project. Took the Interest free payment option, well why not? if the support is anything to go by the Alarm system which arrives in 3 days should be fantastic, well done.

What an amazing bit of kit. The organisation is based in old fashioned quality of service, every member of the team eager to help; the system however is 100% future thinking, with each device being easy to set-up, and it completely runs itself. I love it, and as an early adopter I wasn’t expecting the final result to be this amazing, but it is. Every detail considered and well thought through. I am more than happy to recommend, they’ve got the balance right.

Amazing - so easy to install for even a novice like me. We needed a really reliable but wireless system for our Boutique B&B / Venue -Crescent House in Edinburgh. Very impressed with the online guidance to setup including short You-tube type explainer videos. The app itself is easy to use for all ages and abilities. The kit looks stylish and modern so will fit in well with all decors. Very impressive support team - quick concise response if required. Overall great value for money - will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

Ordered this as part of a Kickstarter campaign.Took it’s time (cheers COVID!) but had good Comms and updates (honest ones too, like ‘we’ve found a problem’) Arrived last week, had some teething problems in setting it up but support was amazing, getting replies late at night, etc. The system looks smart, has great features (part set, geofencing, sms, push and email notification, multi user set ups) And they are looking into more and more features, which is the main reason I went for it (and it pays for itself in under a year compared to my ADT alarm I cancelled)

Very happy so far with the Boundary alarm system. Had the system installed for a few days now, with just the siren to put up. A doddle to setup. App is great, intuitive and actually reliable. unlike a much bigger competitor (beginning with P) who have got no idea how to make an app that can talk reliably to anything and then refuse you talk to you for not being a trade installer. No such nonsense with Boundary I have to say! A couple of niggles here and there but as others have mentioned this is a brand new to market system and its backed up with great customer service. Components are great quality and sensors easy to pair to hub and install. I'm sure this will get even better as more smart features are added but it's fantastic as it is now to be honest and light years ahead of the other system I had.

Looks great and even the packaging has been cleverly designed. Simple to install and works straight out of the box, a few niggles but to be expected from a new product and the tech support is amazing , best i have come across and they are working through what I'm sure are minor teething issues. App is great and clear and easy to navigate and use, been worth the wait. The Alexa skill installs fine - not tried it yet but will tonight! Notifications to phone work well and are instant. Be worth reading all the help articles before installing, they are clear and helpful and make the install really straightforward. Overall a nice looking bit of kit with all the parts well designed and seems to do what is says!

I backed Boundary during the Kickstarter offering. It has been a long 2 years (prolonged by COVID admittedly) since then but the alarm has finally arrived. Packaging is good quality and well designed. The quality of product is very good overall. Removing the sensors from the base plates can be tricky until you get the hang of it, but instructional videos are included in the set up process. Set up of the hub, sensors and siren was easy and with the exception of mounting the hub, worked first time. There’s a fine line between completely tightening and under tightening the base plate of the hub to ensure the tamper switch is fully depressed. The fixings supplied are numerous and cater for most (all?) requirements. The app is good and with a couple of revisions, which I’m sure will be coming, it will be very good. There do appear to be some minor issues with notifications (turning SMS off in preferences but still receiving them, late push notifications for geofencing alarm/disarm), but I’m confident these will be resolved and put them down to teething issues. Support from boundary during the first week of going live has been exceptional. I’m slightly disappointed that the smart home integrations are not yet live, and no date has yet to my knowledge been fixed, but I’m willing to give some leeway with this being a new product. Boundary have given the Kickstarter backers 2 months free which is a nice way of saying thank you to its backers.
