“A few weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to be the winner of a Boundary Home Security System, which I could not believe had actually happened.
The system arrived very quickly, along with constant support from the Boundary team.
Set up was very easy but I did have a couple of teething problems, which I'm pretty sure as my fault. However, all the problem were ironed out quickly and everything is now working perfectly and seamlessly along with my Alexa.
The app is very easy to use, the main hub is even easier. The contact sensors, motion sensors and outdoor alarm are all quick and easy to install and fit.
I've never owned a home security system, so this is my first and I'm more than happy with it.

“I have followed progress of Boundary & their product suite since they first begun crowdsourcing. From the get-go, I was super impressed. Although I'm yet to purchase, I have spent a lot of time comparing/reviewing 'new-tech' systems from multiple providers. Contacting Boundary for assistance & clarification over the last few weeks has been crucial in decision making and on the first occasion I was astonished at how quickly they got back to me. Every interaction since has been of the same outstanding quality.
Worth noting - monthly paid plans to support this system are affordable, value for money (IMO) and also a fraction of what some other providers charge.
There is an immense focus on Customer Experience from this company - quite remarkable versus the vast majority of modern-day organisations; in fact, I can't think of any other company I've dealt with who are so efficient and genuine - I have worked in Customer Experience roles in influential positions for Blue-Chip organisations so know how rare this is, and also, how difficult it is to achieve on a consistent basis - Boundary have set a very high bar, and added to their outstanding product offering, Customer Service/Care is (and should be) a deal-breaker. It's reassuring.
Although I haven't yet purchased (waiting for some outbuildings to be completed before replacing current alarm system with Boundary), the team have been wonderfully helpful, but, importantly, there has been absolutely zero attempt to procure a sale, pressure me into fast-tracking my purchase, or trying to directly influence my potential spend value. I really value that approach and believe it's the 'right' way to treat potential customers - many others, I know from experience, share that belief.
As can be seen from other reviews, Boundary just like everyone else are not immune from issues, however they have clearly and repeatedly demonstrated their genuine willingness and ability to deal and resolve all as swiftly and suitably as possible. Top marks.
This is not a 'paid' review - but it is authentic, warranted, and purposeful; I honestly, and fully, recommend wholeheartedly.”

“The equipment feels nice quality and high tech. To be fair I did have some issues during install with pairing devices and my phone app not responding to the hub properly however the tech support is first class and all issues were resolved quickly. I would buy from this company again.”

“After a relatively short installation by a professional alarm installer I got to explore the system. I am pleased to say that the system lives up to its claims and now I am actually setting my alarm every time I leave the property. My old system was also wirefree but was fixed in terms of components which meant that if I wanted to decorate and move a PIR to do so I had to pay an engineers fee to do so. With this system I can do the moving and I can do the adding of sensors should I wish to do so. I am looking forward to using my alarm on a regular basis. My next thing to try is the integration with Alexa and IFTTT which should be fun! Get your system now I thoroughly recomment it.”

“Easy to install, also when installing the hub my partner accidentally stood on the hub bracket.
After a quick email a replacement was sent out free of charge which is good service.
The alarms itself is a good bit of kit I do like the geofencing which informs you if you haven’t set the alarm.”
