“The BPL team were very professional, very kind and polite, they kept me in the loop throughout a quite stressful time. The team worked very well together and whoever I spoke to made you feel like you had known them for years. I was a little concerned about choosing an online solicitor, but it was a smooth ride. It was a lot easier for me than my buyers and sellers who never used an online company. I’d to thank all the staff that helped me have a successsful move. Cheers Cliff”

“This is the second time I have used bplsolicitors and both times received very good service. This purchase turned out to be more complicated than expected, but Kirsty and her team were very helpful and on the ball. I did find the job-sharing and dealing with four different people a bit frustrating. However, record-keeping was good and they picked up the pieces quickly and worked very well as a team. I am happy to recommend them”

“Paul Foster completed my remortgage for me and despite delays caused by the lender's processes Paul provided and excellent service. He was extremely efficient, as was his assistant Stephanie. They were both easy to communicate with and I was able to speak to them on the phone easily which I found very helpful.”
