“Brakes To Go is an amazing company employing great people who do outstanding service. Justin did a splendid job replacing my front pads and rotors after a prompt and accurate diagnosis. By the way, the Akebono pads are only ~$20 more than the base option, and for the benefits they deliver, you should get them. As he worked, Justin answered my questions on how brakes work and shared his experiences working in the industry. He even popped my unhooked swing bar back in and put a bolt on it, a simple job that the tech at Brake Check refused to do unless I paid him $80 for the bolt (can you believe that?). When you do a small favor for someone, it gains their trust and earns their repeat business. It's amazing that so many businesses don't understand this, but I'm so glad Brakes To Go does. At a great price with speedy delivery and friendly conversation, I am thrilled that I chose Brakes To Go. I will never go to any other business for brakes as long as I live in Texas, and I will recommend them to all. This company is the model, its workers are professional, friendly, courteous, and its business model rewards goodness and care, which we need more of in this world. I will call them again when my rear drums need replacing in about 50k.”

“Received quote and appointment time (next day) over the phone. The next day I was called by the tech to say he could come early if okay, I said sure. When he arrived I explained the problems I was having with my brakes. He took the truck for a test ride and told me what he believed to be the problem but would let me know for sure once he started working on the brakes. A little later he let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost for the repairs. Once he started working he went to it "like a bee to honey". When he finish he showed me the bad parts and explained what he did and how the bad parts effected my braking and the final price tuned out a lot cheaper than what he had quoted me. Now my braking is as smooth as butter!”

“Brakes to go came to my home and replaced the brake pads on my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. It took about an hour, and the technician took it for a quick test drive to make sure the job was complete. Much better waiting at home, than waiting at an over priced dealership for hours. I was very pleased with Brakes to Go and I will use them again.”

“Wow! This was my first personal experience with Brakes to Go. My husband has used them in the past and recommended them to me. I am so glad he did. Our tech Tim was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and quick! I would definitely recommend this company for any brake needs. We had the brake pads and rotors replaced and I couldn’t be happier.”
