“They received my returned item on 3/6 and it's now 4/13 and I have STILL NOT received my refund. I have called at least three times, two times I was on hold for over 20 minutes so hung up. Very frustrating. I can't imagine doing business with them again.”

“I ordered 2 bras, only received 1 and several attempts to contact without luck. Three phone calls, on hold for 1/2 hr.,all 3 times. I have submitted 3 support tickets and the only response has been automated stating they would contact me. Their talk to a live agent states it is not up st this time..I tried at 7am, 10am, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm) several different days) IT IS NEVER UP! I do love the 1 bra I received and did get it in s timely manner.”

“For years I have tried one bra after another hoping to find comfort and straps that stay up. Brayola fills both requirements. When I say "years" it means more than you might think...I am 91 years old!”

“My grand daughter is a Scientist at the University in Vermont. She is heavy breasted and often had back pain. I purchased her a Brayola bra for her to try. The bra was one of the lowest priced ones as I wasn't sure how it would work for her. She reports a good and comfortable fit.”

“I absolutely LOVE this bra. I've had a hard time finding something to give me the support needed without underwires, the comfort of front closure, feels good wearing it through the whole day plus also look great under a t-shirt. This bra meets ALL those requirements. It's hard finding a big girls bra that fits all my needs because of all my health issues. I'm glad I ordered 2 at the same time but I will be ordering more in the future. The girls thank you, Brayola. I thank you.”
