“I purchased a bra 3/7. It is not 4/9 and I have yet to receive the bra. No problem taking my money fast though. There has been no updates forwarded to me, nothing. I naturally can't get a hold of anyone for a refund either. Buyer beware.”

“Since finding Brayola, I've been so excited to find bras in my size that I can't resist trying different styles. This is one of my favorites and I've bought a couple in different colors. Finding bras in my size is a unique experience. I can't stop buying from Brayola - I love it!”

“I have put in 2 email questions, received "tickets" and a promise that the Brayola team will answer my emailed questions. Its been over a week. I am now resorting to a phone call. I've been on the line twice now, each time for over 40 minutes and noone every answers the phone. My request was simple, but I still haven't heard back from Brayola. One bra didn't fit the other backordered for 6 weeks so I cancelled the order but it still came. Now they want to charge me $12 for 2 seperate returns on one order.”

“I have been waiting for this to show up on Facebook again so I could tell everyone how awesome this bra is. I can only wear front closing and have tried so many, purchasing from Lane Bryant, Kohls, ordering other brands online. None were great, they were just okay. Saw this bra on Facebook and gave it a try. Ordered one, and after wearing for one day, went back online and ordered 2 more. They are SO comfortable, the underwires are extremely padded and they keep my girls up where they should be. I have had so many people tell me I look slimmer and I tell them it's my new great bra. My only wish was they had matching underwear. I will be buying more!”

“I had surgery on my arm and needed a front closer bra...I purchased one, and really wasted the money, it had no support what so ever. Brayola has the good support needed and I can fasten it easily. Bravo for Brayola!!”

“Order 2 bras spent over $64 for them they didnt fit sent them back and 2 months later still have not been refunded my money. Sent email to customer support no response, I call and always put on hold that no specialist are available. Now I will contact the Better Business Bureau since you can't take care of things properly. Over 2 months is ridiculous for customer service.”

“If I could I would give Brayola a -5. I have been trying to call brayola for 2 days, each day 3 times, each time 25+ minutes and no one picks up phone. I needed to return a bra, but can’t print label. That is why I was calling. I’ve given up with the phone so I will ship their bra back myself without their printed label and hope they receive it. I will insure and track. In all my 45+ years never had an issue like this. Cable company doesn’t even take this long.”
