“I've been shopping with Brayola for years, and always had a great experience. Shipping is good, customer service has always been friendly. Yes, you have to pay to return things, but you have to do that for other places too. I prefer shopping with Brayola because they give me the choice i don't get in other shops.”

“Sizing on site was incorrect. I measured and ordered the bra that matched my measurements and was the same size I wear in stores, it arrives and was extremely tight and unflattering. And they Charge you $6 to return it. Waste of time and money. I won’t ever give them a chance again because of how poor the bra fit and I’m losing money because I wasn’t satisfied.”

“Really disappointed, I received the bra I loved in the pictures and it fits horrible. I did my measurements and matched up on the company’s size chart, it matched the size I typically wear in stores, but there’s was way tight and didn’t fit at all. And they are going to charge me ship it back. Really disappointed in this company’s return policy on an item that did not match the measurements show. Do NOT order from this company. It’s a waste of time and money!”

“I placed an order over 8 weeks ago, they immediately charged my credit card but I have yet to see my merchandise. I have sent several emails with no response and it has been impossible to get through to customer service. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will never purchase through this company again.”

“I ordered 2 different styles. The sizes were 44’s but the cups were supposed to be A’s. They were entirely to large...more like B’s or C’s.”

“Worst customer service, chavon (sp) answered and was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me speak with a supervisor, any supervisor at all.. very rude and the bra I purchased was sewn wrong! Careful buying from this company and returns are at your cost”

“I have been shopping at brayola for a while now I have ordered glamorise bras and a couple other brands I truly feel that nothing works better for me than Playtex I have ordered several bras recently and have received them and I love them I will continue to order as need be and I will definitely recommend you to my friends. “Looking for larger and larger cup bras, this is the best site I've found. Easy to navigate when you want to narrow your search. Also has the very best prices. The down side is that if you return something, it takes 10-20 weeks to get the refund. Also, the site makes it very difficult to check your order or past order. There is a button to do this, but it usually doesn't work. I'll continue to shop here, because the options and price are wonderful!!”

“bought two of the same bra, returned both in same package, only refunded for one bra. called customer service and they refunded me, less 11.99. Really!!! was that shipping and handling for two light weight bras. Never again.”
