“I was concerned about ordering online but found it to be a great experience. I ordered the wrong size but the customer service team issued a refund with no problems, they were very courteous. I then ordered the correct size and it came in the mail within the week! I wouldn't hesitate to order online again, they were fast and efficient!”

“Very disappointing experience. I ordered 3 items. The wrong size was sent for one item and another wasn't as described. I sent both back immediately, about 3 weeks ago, and have yet to receive a refund. I think I will be charged a fee for both returns. Not happy. The third bra is ok but I would have better to try on in a store.”
