“I bought a Playtex wireless Bra. It ran a half size too small around. I totally dislike the adjustable part of the straps being in the back of the bra straps. They start hurting about mid day.”

“I have been waiting for about two months for a bra that I ordered. There is no communication whatsoever. I keep emailing and hearing nothing back. What a waste of $30-40. I will never order from them again.”

“Received pkg missing 3 of 4 items. Emailed and was given a support ticket #, but no response. Called and was treated beyond rude. Rep would not listen to problem. Once I got her to listen and realize it was their mistake, she put me on hold. I expressed how rude she was and she threatened to hang up on me. I called back and got a different rep and was treated the same way. Let my number to be called back. We will see if I get a call or my merchandise. Would NEVER use or recommend them”

“I can’t believe this place is still in business. Theyve got GREAT marketing and they do it under different names also. I’ve ordered several of these and through them out they reeked of putrid chemicals like gasoline. I called them, they told me their products are made in CHINA and didn’t know what chemicals they use!!!!! OMG no, don’t buy!”

“I love this company. My bras came in a timely matter, less than a week. The bras I bought were perfect fit. The 18 hour is so comfortable you cant tell your wearing it! I bought a size 46/dd I have problems with the straps always falling, but not theses! I ended up buying all three colors.”

“Twice now, I have ordered a product they is listed as "in stock" only to get an email a couple days later telling me it is backordered 4-6 weeks. They shouldn't take the order if it's not in stock, but what makes me the most mad, is that they have charged me for the item already and who knows if it is going to ship at all!!! They have basically stolen my money!!!!!!!! I didn't think it was legal to charge for the product before it ships out. To make things worse, I called customer service and they said they couldn't help me at all. They also said there was no one I could talk to and they didn't have the number for "corporate". What?! You work for a company and don't know the corporate number?? I think not. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“I was very unhappy with all 4 bras I ordered and returned them all, although I only received credit for 3 of the returned bras. Sizing is off, and they were all extremely uncomfortable. Customer Service was absolutely worthless, so I would not recommend Brayola to anyone.”

“I thought I was getting SIZE 44B but they shipped 38D, and I have to pay $6.00 for the return shipping. Don't feel that's fair, won't buy from this company again.”
