“Never told me that one braceas backordered but the took payment for it from credit card. After a month, i had to call, after no response to emails. Apparently the backorder was indefinite with no answer to when it would come. The will refund but they took money for the bra and should have waited until they had the merchandise.”

“Worst bra company ever. Would not recommend any one to buy bra from a cheap and fraud company. Quality is not good for the products. They also cheat when they mention shipping is free- they change almost 7$for the return. Cheap company”

“My sister purchased a bra for my mother, but she didn't create an account. When it arrived, it didn't fit and she didn't care for the style either. I've been trying to return it ever since and have gotten nothing but a runaround. I'd like to get the $24.50 (the cost of the bra, not including shipping) back since my mother is a SENIOR CITIZEN on a very fixed income and she doesn't have money to just throw away!”

“Horrible customer Service !!!! 21 business days to get a refund after it is received in warehouse and they tell you that over and over again with an attitude !!! Will not order again.”
