“I spent so much time reading the descriptions, ensuring I had the right size and all details... I ordered 5 items of which 1 worked and 1 is very tight, 1 doesn't work at all and I can't return... Very dissapointed.”

“The bra I ordered, arrived defective and unraveling. I was given a pre paid label to ship back. Later, I realized I had been charged for the pre paid label. Had to call. I was refunded for the label however, They refused to refund my original shipping. The customer service person was Curt when I asked for a manager, snapped at me, and did not get me one. Later , I was able to Chat with a manager who refunded my original shipping. I was told they usually do not even if the item is defective. I am glad she resolved my issues, but I will NOT shop here again.”

“Do not order from this company. I tried to return a bra and was told:The item(s) received are not in pristine condition. This could mean there is a stain / damage to it, overwhelming smell of perfume or body odor or not in its original packaging with tags. This is for the order of 822575 but for the other order we haven't received it yet it does take 14 to 21 business days to go through i do show here that you created it on the 4th of february. We apologize for any inconvenience, and as a one time courtesy we are willing to give you a store credit. This will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. I had never wore the bra... only tried it on. If you don’t like a bra and return it, don’t expect a refund Will NEVER order from this company.”

“Don't ever order anything from this company. Charged my credit card never received my order. Contacted them they said they would look into it and nothing ever came of it. Big Rip Off”

“Never oredered a bra online before. Couldn't find wide straps in the store. Took a chance because Brayola offered what I was looking for. Although a bit more costly, I placed my order. I was very pleased with my order. The fit is perfect. They came in a very timely manner and I will definitely order from them again. It's worth the extra expense to get what you're looking for.”

“It’s hard to find full figure front close bras that are pretty, yet provide good coverage. This one does both! I have them in 2 colors, but prefer it in black.”
